NBA Player Props, March 18, 2023

Patrick Beverley o4.5 rebounds (-145), DraftKings

In 10 games since joining the Chicago Bulls, Patrick Beverley is averaging 6.7 rebounds on 10.0 rebound chances per game. In his last eight trips to the hardwood, Beverley has recorded at least nine rebound chances seven times, including four games with at least 11 rebound chances. Beverly has a favorable matchup this evening against a Miami Heat team that ranks 20th in rebound percentage and 10th in opponent rebounds per game across the last month. Even after getting into early foul trouble last night, Beverley managed to eclipse this market number. The opportunities have been there on a consistent basis for Beverley since switching teams. Expect him to hit the over once again in this spot.

Buddy Hield o4.5 rebounds (-120), FanDuel

Entering play, Buddy Hield has eclipsed this market number in 19 of his last 29 games played, including seven of his last 10 contests at home. Tonight, Hield seemingly has a difficult matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers, which rank second in rebound percentage and are allowing the fewest opponent rebounds per game across the last 30 days. However, Hield should have more than enough margin for error here, considering the fact that he is averaging 7.3 rebounds per 36 minutes of action this season when both Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin are off of the floor, according to CourtIQ. Trust Hield to be active on the glass in this spot – take the over.

Jimmy Butler o4.5 assists (-102), FanDuel

According to props.cash, Jimmy Butler has eclipsed this market number in each of his six games played on two days of rest this season. Today, he gets a favorable matchup against a Chicago Bulls team that ranks 21st in opponent assists allowed per game across the last month. Butler is averaging a team-high 9.2 potential assists across Miami’s last nine games, giving him enough volume to be competitive at this number once again on Saturday. The math makes sense – take the over and live with the result.
