Top DFS Picks and Fantasy Pick’em Plays for Week 6
Cameron Ward: Ward is not getting national attention because he plays for Washington State, but he is emerging as one of the best quarterbacks in a Pac 12 conference that is loaded with elite signal callers. Ward is averaging 347 passing yards per game through four contests. He has 13 passing touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns, and no interceptions. I like the upside at lower DFS ownership this week in what could be a sneaky shootout against UCLA.
LeQuint Allen: Syracuse loves to use a feature running back. We saw it with Sean Tucker over the past few years, and we are seeing it with Allen this year. His second half usage dipped last week with Syracuse trailing by multiple scores, but he still out-touched the team’s other running backs by a wide margin. Allen should thrive against a North Carolina defense that allowed over 200 rushing yards to Appalachian State and 170 rushing yards to Minnesota in other games this season.
Malik Nabers: If you are playing on DraftKings this week, you have to get some exposure to both Nabers and teammate Brian Thomas Jr. I am not sure why they are so affordable. What else does LSU need to do to get noticed? Nabers has logged three straight 100+ yard receiving games with four touchdowns over that span, yet there are still seven receivers priced above him on DraftKings. A shootout game awaits against a 5-0 Missouri team that can score but doesn’t have an elite defense, and I expect both Nabers and Thomas to have big days.
