Commanders vs. Cowboys Player Props for Thanksgiving

CeeDee Lamb o6.5 Receptions (-138), FanDuel

Entering play in Week 12, CeeDee Lamb has recorded at least six receptions in five consecutive games, and at least seven receptions in four of those contests. On Thursday, Lamb gets a favorable matchup against a Washington secondary unit that has allowed the 5th-most passing yards per play of any team in the NFL this year. Washington has allowed at least seven receptions to Stefon Diggs, DeVonta Smith (twice), A.J. Brown (twice), D.J. Moore, Drake London, Tyler Lockett, and DK Metcalf this season. Lamb has received at least nine targets in four consecutive games and should be plenty busy again on Thanksgiving.

Jake Ferguson o3.5 Receptions (-138), FanDuel

Jake Ferguson is second on the Cowboys in targets this season, which makes him an extremely appealing option for bettors on Thursday in what could be a high-scoring affair against the Commanders. Washington has been one of the worst defenses in the NFL against tight ends in recent weeks, allowing six of the last eight tight ends they have faced to go over their market number for receptions. Since the beginning of October, Cole Kmet, Jonnu Smith, Kyle Pitts, Darren Waller, Dallas Goedert, and Hunter Henry have each secured at least four catches against the Commanders. Ferguson is likely to add his name to that list this afternoon.

NFL DFS Pick’em

Micah Parsons More Than 1.0 Sacks, PrizePicks

Sam Howell has been sacked at least three times in 10 of his 11 games this year. He has been sacked at least four times in eight games and at least five times in six games. Suffice it to say, he probably is not looking forward to this afternoon’s matchup against Dallas, which finished Week 11 with the 2nd-best defensive pressure rate of any team in the NFL.

Micah Parsons has 10 sacks this season, which ranks 7th-best in the NFL. Parsons ranks 2nd out of 99 edge defenders this year in PFF’s pass-rush grade, making this a phenomenal matchup for him on Thanksgiving. Parsons has at least 1 sack in 7 of his 10 games, including each of his last four games. He should be able to find his way to the quarterback at least once in this spot.
