Cowboys vs. Seahawks Player Props for TNF

Zach Charbonnet o12.5 Rushing Attempts (-130), bet365

In 2 games since Kenneth Walker last played a full allotment of snaps, Zach Charbonnet has received 15 rushing attempts and 14 rushing attempts, respectively, against the Rams and 49ers. In those 2 games, DeeJay Dallas has 3 rushing attempts total and has not played more than 7 snaps in either game. Simply, Charbonnet is the clear workhorse in the Seattle backfield for the time being. On Thursday, the Seahawks are likely to feed Charbonnet often, facing a Cowboys defense that has been elite against the pass but vulnerable against the run in recent weeks. From Week 8 to Week 12, Dallas’ defense ranked 3rd in dropback EPA/play and 7th in dropback success rate, compared to 24th in rush EPA/play and 25th in rush success rate. Charbonnet should have plenty of opportunities on the ground in this matchup, even though that may seem counterintuitive given that the Seahawks are 9-point underdogs on the road.

Tony Pollard o60.5 Rushing Yards (-125), PointsBet

Tony Pollard has been underwhelming in 2023, at least relative to the lofty expectations that many pundits had for him leading up to the start of the season. Despite a lack of media glamor, Pollard still ranks 11th in the NFL in rushing yards and is on pace for over 1,000 yards on the ground. The advanced metrics on Pollard do not set him up well to get paid this offseason, but in the meantime, he is still more than capable of eclipsing this market number against a Seattle run defense that ranks 32nd in EPA/play and 30th in success rate since edge defender Uchenna Nwosu last played in Week 6. The Seahawks allowed 114 rushing yards to Christian McCaffrey on Thanksgiving and 73 rushing yards to Royce Freeman the week prior. Pollard, even lacking high-end explosiveness, is a worthwhile risk in this spot against one of the league’s worst run defenses.

NFL DFS Pick’em

CeeDee Lamb More Than 85.5 Receiving Yards, PrizePicks

Seattle’s pass defense has not been as bad as its run defense in recent weeks, but it still has not been great. Since Week 7, the Seahawks rank 16th in dropback EPA/play, making this a very attackable unit for CeeDee Lamb, who enters play with the 3rd-most receiving yards of any player in the NFL this season. Lamb has had back-to-back underwhelming performances after 4 straight games with at least 100 receiving yards. This contest could end up being relatively high scoring, which could serve as a breeding ground for Lamb to threaten 100 receiving yards for the 5th time this season.
