I’m surprised to see the AL favored so heavily. Aaron Judge, Gunnar Henderson, and Juan Soto are all some of the best offensive players in MLB. But the NL isn’t slouching in terms of power with the likes of Shohei Ohtani (odds-on favorite to win MVP at +850) and Bryce Harper.
While there are a lot of excellent pitchers on both sides, I think this game will go over 7.5 runs. Fanatics Sportsbook’s odds agree as the odds for over 7.5 runs are -115 compared to -105 for under 7.5 runs.
