Tuesday, June 18th

Happy Tuesday! I had the craziest dream last night. I dreamt that Edwin Jackson was pitching for a major league baseball team, but then I got named GM of that team and I decided to cut him and sign Chris Tillman.

We’ve got a big Tuesday night slate with a full 15-games on all sites.

No mention of homer bailey? Cheaper than keller, and going up against a Mariners team that’s even worse w no haniger and encarnacion and one of the highest strikeout % of all teams. Yes I know they have lefties but at that price I dont see how homer is not viable and ahead of fluff like keller

Homer Bailey isn’t cheap enough to qualify for me. Mitch Keller is not fluff. Mitch Keller is a high upside prospect who has far more potential than Bailey. As I mentioned, I’m really only interested in Keller on FD, because on DK, he’s also not cheap. If Bailey were the salary of Kikuchi, I would absolutely be using him tonight, but he’s just not cheap. He is priced into that mid-tier where I am personally just passing on it all together tonight. If you’re wanting to use someone at that salary, Bailey is totally fine to have on the list. He’s just not on my list.

Is it too tough of a night (bats wise) to try and go verlander and degrom on dk?

I wouldn’t quite say it’s too tough, I can make a respectable lineup with them, I just personally think it’s unnecessary to have them both.
