What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 9
- Favored Team – LAA -140
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Bud Norris has thrown a quality start in 6 of his last 7 outings. He has been a force at home with a 2.67 ERA. In 3 starts on the year, he has held this LAA team to only 1 ER in 21 IP with 13 Ks. LAA has just a .217 BAA versus him as a team. LAA is batting .250 on the road, .278 versus right-handers, and .290 over the last 7 days. They rank 7th in runs scored, and have recorded the 11th fewest Ks. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away Jerome Williams will be targeted by a great number of people tonight. He has pitched very well on the year and the only knock against him is that he records a limited number of K’s but after watching Aaron Harang record 11 versus the Astros that does not seem to be all that big of a concern today. HOU is batting .236 at home, .230 versus right-handers, and .227 over the last 7 days. They rank 21st in runs scored and have recorded the most Ks. RG Start-Ability 6
Batter Grind Down
- Home Chris Carter has been hot over the last 7 days and has 1 HR IN 3 AB vs. Williams.
- Away J.B. Shuck and Mike Trout have both been hot for LAA. Trout is 4-10 versus Norris. Norris is allowing left-handers to bat .307 versus him so that could spell good things for Josh Hamilton who is 5-13 over the past 7 days. RG Stack Rating 4

SFG vs R | SFG BvP | COL vs L | COL BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 10.5
- Favored Team – COL -145
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Jhoulys Chacin has had more good starts in COL then bad ones. His K/9, however, drops under 5 at home, which makes the risk involved with playing him far too great. SFO is batting .265 on the road, .267 versus right-handers, and .236 over the last 7 days. They rank 5th in runs scored and have recorded the 12th most Ks. RG Start-Abilty 2
- Away Barry Zito has been inconsistent on the year. His last start in MIA was impressive but he got hammered in PIT just before that. He either gives up 1 ER or 4 or more. His last start in COL was rough and he got hung for 5 ER in 5.2 IP. COL is batting .286 at home, .271 versus left-handers, and .263 over the last 7 days. COL ranks 5th in runs scored and has recorded the 12th most Ks. RG Start-Ability 2
Batter Grind Down
- Home Carlos Gonzalez is 12-34 with 2 HRs versus Zito. Dexter Fowler and Wilin Rosario have positive numbers as well. Michael Cuddyer has been very hot over the last 7 days with 32.75 fp. He is batting .345 versus left-handers on the year. Dexter Fowler is batting .375 versus left-handers. RG Stack Rating 7
- Away SFO is batting .307 as a team vs. Chacin, and everyone has positive numbers. Pablo Sandoval is 7-19 with 2 HRs is worth a special mention. Marco Scutaro and Gregor Blanco are both batting over .300 versus right-handed pitching. RG Stack Rating 6

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7.5
- Favored Team – Pick’em
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Bartolo Colon has been fantastic at home and his numbers are close to Cy Young award winning on the year. It is suspicious to me that he we be having such a great year at age 40 but that does not matter in daily fantasy. He is producing and you would be foolish to not at least consider a player with this great of a stat line this deep into the season. STL is batting .273 on the road, .289 versus right-handers, and .267 over the last 7 days. They rank 3rd in runs scored and have recorded the 7th fewest Ks. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away Shelby Miller has not been great on the road but OAK is a very forgiving park. He has been Matt Harvey ‘s equal and is playable every time he takes the hill because of his 9.88 K/9 ratio. OAK is a tough home team. They are batting .242 at home, .249 versus right-handers, and .271 over the last 7 days. They rank 6th in the league in runs scored and have recorded the 10th most Ks. RG Start-Ability 7
Batter Grind Down
- Home Jed Lowrie and Josh Donaldson have both been hot. Those 2 plus Coco Crisp have nice batting averages versus right-handers. RG Stack Rating 2
- Away Carlos Beltran is a very nice 13-41 with 4 HRs versus Colon. Allen Craig has been hot producing 24.25 fp over the past week. Yadier Molina, Matt Carpenter, Craig, and Beltran are all batting over .300 versus right-handers. RG Stack Rating 3

PHI vs L | PHI BvP | LAD vs L | LAD BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – LAD -153
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Chris Capuano put together 2 nice starts in a row and is starting to look a little better. It worries me, though, that he was pitching well in both games but got pulled early around 80 pitches so I am not sure how much upside you can expct from him today. PHI is batting .253 on the road, .236 versus left-handers, and .266 over the last 7 days. They rank 23rd in runs scored and have recorded the 13th most Ks. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away John Lannan is another pitcher with low K/9 upside that is on a pitch count of around 90. There is no upside in playing him today and he has not looked good anyway on the year with a 5.84 ERA. LAD is batting .258 at home, .264 versus left-handers and .268 over the past 7 days. They rank 26th in runs scored and have recorded the 5th fewest Ks. RG Start-Ability 1
Batter Grind Down
- Home LAD is batting .305 as a team versus Lannan. Hanley Ramirez ‘s 10-23 with 1 HR line gain special attention. He is also very hot with 31.75 fp over the past 7 days. Yasiel Puig is still batting .500 versus left-handers. Nick Punto is batting .333 versus left-handers if he see the field. Matt Kemp hit lefties well a year ago and is cheap coming off of an injury.
- Away Jimmy Rollins is 5-18 with 2 HRs versus Capuano. Carlos Ruiz is batting .409 versus left-handed pitching. Domonic Brown is hot again with 30.25 fp over the past 7 days. RG Stack-Ability 3

CHC vs R | CHC BvP | SEA vs L | SEA BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7
- Favored Team – SEA -140
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Hisashi Iwakuma at home is a lock. It only adds fuel to the fire that he gets a CHC team that is horrible on the road. CHC is batting .225 on the road, .244 versus right-handers, and .275 over the last 7 days. They rank 17th in runs scored and have recorded the 13th fewest Ks. RG Start-Ability 8
- Away Travis Wood is having a great season. That fact often gets lost because he plays for the Cubs. He may be the big underdog today but SEA is probably the best draw for a pitcher in daily fantasy because they K for a high amount and they do not score runs. He has been a 3.48 pitcher on the road but SEA has a very spacious park. SEA is batting .244 at home, .228 versus left-handers, and .231 over the last 7 days. They rank 26th in runs scored and have recorded the 6th most Ks. Start-Ability 7
Batter Grind Down
- Home The hitters that have been producing the most for SEA are lefties. Mike Morse and Kendrys Morales are both batting over .300 versus left-handed pitching.
- Away Anthony Rizzo, Ryan Sweeney, Nate Schierholtz, and Darwin Barney have all been hot for the Cubs. Schierholtz is batting over .300 versus right-handers.
