What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 10.5
- Favored Team – COL -148
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Juan Nicasio has been okay at home this year but he never last past 6 IP and the OU for this game is set at a foreboding 10.5. No need to overthink this one. Just steer clear of pitchers in COL. RG Start-Ability 2
- Away Barry Zito has given up 19 ER in 16.2 IP since the All-Star Break. He is a complete gas can and has a better chance of hitting a HR than he does of pitching a quality start. COL is batting .282 at home, .265 versus right-handers, and .242 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 1
Batter Grind Down
- Home Don’t worry about the Mules. Just load the Wagon. A hot wilin Rosario who is 5-11 with 1 HR versus Zito is playable either way. RG Stack Rating 10
- Away Nothing like a weekend series in COL to help your cold bats come to life. I think everyone is worth a look. RG Stack Rating 5

SDP vs R | SDP BvP | ARI vs R | ARI BvP |
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – ARI -124
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Which bad set of numbers do you want me to list? Brandon McCarthy has been horrible in every category you can find but the most striking number to me is his 1.50 WHIP on the season. SDG is batting .251 on the road, .244 versus right-handers, and .263 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
- Away The best pitcher you did not know about used to be Jose Fernandez . Now it is Tyson Ross . He has a 2.85 ERA and 1.17 WHIP on the season. He is throwing over 100 pitches a start and inducing a high rate of Ks and ground balls. His numbers take a slight dip on the road but he is worth a look for his price. ARI is batting .255 on the road, .257 versus right-handers, and .260 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 8
Batter Grind Down
- Home Paul Goldschmidt and Adam Eaton have been hot for ARI. Geraldo Parra and DiDi gregorius hit right-handers for a high BAA. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away Will Venable has been the only Padre consistently producing but you have to think SDG will scores some runs today, Jedd Gyorko has 3 HRs over the last 7 days and is a nice option as well. Yonder Alonso is batting over .300 versus right-handers. RG Stack Rating 5

TEX vs L | TEX BvP | SEA vs L | SEA BvP |
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – TEX -134
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Joe Saunders has a 7.07 ERA and .371 BAA since the All-Star break. Do you remember when everyone was high his record at Safeco Field? Well, he has given up 9 ER in 9 IP at home since the Break. He runs into a TEX team that hits left-handers well. TEX is batting .255 on the road, .267 versus left-handers, and .261 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 2
- Away Travis Blackley threw 66 pitches in his last start. It would be foolish to think that he last past 80 today. There is no upside in the play. SEA is batting .246 at home, .231 versus left-handers, and .220 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 1
Batter Grind Down
- Home Blackley has been pitching well and SEA has not been producing. If I were to take anyone from SEA it would be Kyle Seager but thier offense is not exciting right now. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away Ian Kinsler, Elvis Andrus, Adrian Beltre, and Jeff Baker are your best bets. Baker is 7-16 with 2 HRs versus Saunders. RG Stack Rating 9

CHC vs R | CHC BvP | LAD vs R | LAD BvP |
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7
- Favored Team – LAD -260
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Zack Greinke has a 4-1 record with a 1.88 ERA and .230 BAA since the All-Star Break. He faces a Cubs team today that has had some success versus him the past but is also a bad team on the road. CHC is batting .231 on the road, .242 versus right-handers, and .234 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 10
- Away I expect the move to the NL central should help Jake Arrieta ‘s overall fantasy production. There two things to take from Vegas. He is the huge underdog but Vegas thinks he will pitch well with an OU of only 7. He has a 8.19 K/9 on the year and a 1.06 WHIP since joining the Cubs. LAD is batting .256 at home, .269 versus right-handers, and .216 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 5
Batter Grind Down
- Home Adrian Gonzalez is 5-12 with 1 HR versus Arrieta. Carl Crawford is 4-8 with 1 HR versus him. Both those two players plus Hanley Ramirez have been the only productive players for LAD. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away This might sound crazy to you but I am ignoring the BvPs for CHC. Greinke has been throwing too well and CHC has been horrible. RG Stack Rating 1
