MLB DFS Lineup Advice Today
We have a large 12-game slate on both FanDuel and DraftKings tonight, with the first pitch for the slate at 7:10 PM ET, giving us an extra few minutes to set our lineups. With so many games on the board it’s no surprise that we have some top options at both pitcher and hitting tonight, so we’ll have some choices to make in all areas. Let’s sort through the slate and figure out what to do with our DFS lineups.

The Yankees are on the road today in Kansas City, and the hitting environment is an upgrade for a lineup that already has some of the top hitters in baseball. Kauffman Stadium has the 3rd-highest MLB Park Factor for hitters over the past 3 years, and with warm temperatures and a slight wind blowing out, WeatherEdge is showing a 19.4% boost to HRs in similar conditions. The team is facing RHP Brady Singer, who has a good 3.66 ERA over his past 4 starts but a not-so-good 1.68 WHIP. Behind Singer is a Royals bullpen with the highest xFIP in the league, and the Yankees have the highest implied run total on the slate. Despite everything working in their favor, I expect the pOwn% on the Yankees to remain reasonable with so many good options on the slate.
My top choices for the lineup are no surprise. It all starts with Aaron Judge (assuming he is back in the lineup after a day off yesterday). Judge has an absurd 1.078 SLG% and .644 wOBA over the past 30 days and is hitting as well as any hitter has in the history of baseball over the past month. Behind Juan Soto in my order of preference but just ahead of him in the lineup is Juan Soto, who has .281 ISO and .425 wOBA vs RHP since the start of last season. After Judge and Soto, the lineup drops off, but I don’t mind adding a 3rd Yankees OF like Giancarlo Stanton (.226 ISO vs RHP since the beginning of last season) or Alex Verdugo (.339 wOBA vs RHP over the same time frame).
