What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I’ll be playing 100 lineups in large-field GPPs. My initial plan is to spread out the pitching a bit—there isn’t a superstar arm I feel like I must have. That will have a trickle-down effect on my stacks as well. I’ll have exposure to more teams than usual because there’s so much marginal pitching on the slate. I’ll be a bit different by not double-stacking.

boggslite: Large-field tournaments – With so much uncertainty with pitching on tonight’s slate, my plan is to spread my exposure around to several stacks. I plan to lock in Tyler Glasnow, even with some pitch-count concerns and a tough matchup, and taking on some risk with my SP2 after building out the rest of my lineups.

ebeimfohr: I am looking to attack smaller-field tournaments. There are several high-powered offenses, or at least high-upside offenses, that have extremely low pOWN% relative to other spots, but the pitching is pretty limited. I have some pitching flyers I am interested in, but they are nothing that will jump off the screen at you, and I prefer smaller-field tournaments when I may be leaning more heavily into contrarian bats with more popular pitchers.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – None of the games stand out tonight in terms of game or team totals, so it’s a nice slate to take shots on some contrarian stacks that don’t project much worse than the chalk. I often like to eat the chalk at the pitcher and get different with my stacks, and that’s the plan tonight.
