MLB DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Saturday, June 29
How do you plan to beat the field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
stlcardinals84: In my opinion, this is a slate where you really don’t have to get cute. There are not a lot of high totals out there, and there are a ton of strong pitching options. Just play the pitchers that you like the best without trying to get exposure to everyone. Aaron Nola and Paul Skenes are my favorites, and I don’t mind playing some of the popular stacks along with them.
Krayton: This is a very strong pitching slate today with many elite arms to choose from. Normally, I am looking to save at pitcher, but I am going to be taking an overweight stance on Paul Skenes today, who I think has the most K upside, and he continues to show elite numbers in just about all metrics. I normally play 20 lineups on DK, and I will be looking to lock him into every lineup. For stacks, the Diamondbacks are my favorite, with the Phillies and Cubs right behind them.
tcsmith031: It’s easy to identify the chalk today. Aaron Nola and Paul Skenes will be heavily owned on the pitching side, while the Phillies, Diamondbacks, and Astros are the stacks garnering the most attention. I do think this is mostly good chalk, but there are lots of quality pitchers likely to go overlooked with Nola and Skenes in such obvious spots. Framber Valdez, Max Fried, and Aaron Civale are a few pitchers on my radar in tournaments, while I don’t hate the idea of taking shots on cheap stacks like Oakland or (sadly) Miami.
TJ Zwarych: The price on Paul Skenes makes absolutely no sense, which is leading to him being the highest projected owned pitcher on the slate. There are other great options as well, but I want to take advantage of the mispricing, so I’ll have Skenes in 100% of my 150 lineups today.
