It’s always important to keep an eye on the MLB weather report before committing to any wagers. Warm temperatures and hitter-friendly winds could be a boon for offense in Cleveland. Cooler temperatures in Minnesota and Los Angeles could be more advantageous for pitchers in those ballparks.

Best MLB Player Props for Tuesday, September 15th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with the first pitch scheduled for 6:40 PM ET on Tuesday, September 15th:
- Ezequiel Tovar Over/Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
- Colton Cowser Over/Under 0.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
- Mike Trout Over/Under 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
Ezequiel Tovar OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (+120, BetMGM)
BETMGMTovar has been swinging a good bat during the first part of September, posting a 114 wRC+ and .320 batting average across his last 10 games. Tonight, he will face Walker Buehler, who has struggled to a 4.47 FIP since the All-Star Break. Buehler’s inability to miss bats could prove particularly troublesome in the spacious confines of Coors Field. This has good value tonight.
Colton Cowser OVER 0.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (-103, DraftKings)
DRAFTKINGSCowser draws a tough lefty-on-lefty matchup against Sean Manaea on Tuesday, but it’s nonetheless difficult to pass on a guy who has a Hits + Runs + RBIs line at over/under 0.5. Cowser doesn’t even need a base hit to cash this number.
Importantly, Cowser is in the 9-hole tonight, which means the top of the order will hit directly behind him. If Cowser can work a walk or find his way on base via other means, he should have a decent chance to score a run. A bloop hit or an infield single would do the job too.
Mike Trout OVER 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs (+110, DraftKings)
DRAFTKINGSTrout is certainly past his prime, but it’s also a certainty that all 30 teams in Major League Baseball would love to have this guy on their team.
Trout has been particularly good to start September, with a 141 wRC+ and .279 batting average across his last 12 games. Trout’s contact quality has been impressive of late too, with a 12% barrel rate and a 48% hard-hit rate.
Logan Gilbert has struggled to a 7.76 FIP and 1.42 WHIP against right-handed hitters during the last 30 days. Trout is a threat to do damage.
