Chicago Bulls (Record: 8-3, Road: 3-2)
The final game of the night could turn out to be a good one. While the Warriors are still undefeated, they have had some close calls in their last few games. This game could end up being the fastest-paced game of the night, as both teams have averaged over 100 possessions per game this season.
- Golden State Warriors Defense
Points Allowed Per Game: 100.2 (13 of 30)
Defensive Efficiency: 96.7 (7 of 30)
Rebounding Differential: 2.2 (9 of 30)
Fantasy Points Allowed Per Game: 192.2 (11 of 30)
The Warriors are still ranked above the league average in points allowed per game, defensive efficiency, rebounding differential, and fantasy points allowed per game, however, they haven’t been very good in their last few games. They have given up at least 110 points in three of their last four games. The Bulls have an implied team total of 100 points tonight, which is slightly below their average points scored this season.
Derrick Rose will be a game-time decision for tonight’s game against the Warriors. If he is unable to play, Kirk Hinrich and E’Twuan Moore would split the point guard duties, as Aaron Brooks has been ruled out. Hinrich and Moore would both be decent punt options if Rose is ruled out. Jimmy Butler would be the biggest benficiary, though. Butler would see a nice boost in usage and potentially in minutes as well.

Golden State Warriors (Record: 13-0, Home: 7-0)
The Warriors have admitted that they will sometimes experiment with different things over the course of a game, just to see if they work. Maybe that’s what they have been doing in their last couple of games – seeing how far they can get down, while still securing a victory. The Warriors are playing in the second half of a back-to-back tonight. While that’s not a huge concern for such a young team, the starters could get pulled a little early if this game gets out of hand.
- Chicago Bulls Defense
Points Allowed Per Game: 98.8 (10 of 30)
Defensive Efficiency: 96.5 (5 of 30)
Rebounding Differential: -1.9 (20 of 30)
Fantasy Points Allowed Per Game: 204.3 (21 of 30)
The Bulls’ defensive numbers are all over the map. They are ranked tenth in points allowed per game and fifth in defensive efficiency, yet they are ranked 21st in fantasy points allowed per game this season. The Warriors should do what they always do – push the tempo and put up points in a hurry. Stephen Curry remains one of the top plays at any position, although Jimmy Butler has gone out of his way to say that he will be defending him tonight. Curry is matchup-proof, but at the same time, Butler is one of the best defenders in the NBA. Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Harrison Barnes are all viable secondary options at their respective positions.
