Best NBA Player Props for Monday, October 26th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 PM ET on Monday, October 26th:
- Trae Young Over/Under 9.5 Assists
- Andrew Nembhard Over/Under 3.5 Rebounds
- Kyrie Irving Over/Under 21.5 Points
Trae Young OVER 9.5 Assists (-130, bet365)
Young ranks 3rd in the NBA this season with 20.3 potential assists per game. No other player on the Wizards is averaging more than 6.3 potential assists per game. Young is the team’s clear and obvious top facilitator.
Charlotte has allowed more potential assists per game than the league average early this season. They have been a tough matchup for guards, but it’s simply difficult to pass up on Young at this number given his recent volume as a passer.
Andrew Nembhard UNDER 3.5 Rebounds (-150, bet365)
Nembhard has not been active at all on the glass early this season for the Pacers. He hasn’t had more than 2 rebounds in any of his first 3 games, and he hasn’t had more than 2 rebound chances in either of his last 2 games.
Milwaukee has been a league-average matchup for guards through their first 3 games. ScoresAndOdds projects Nembhard for 2.8 rebounds tonight.
Kyrie Irving UNDER 21.5 Points (-120, bet365)
Irving is averaging 19.5 points per game this season for Dallas, but he hasn’t played more than 25 minutes in any contest and hasn’t taken more than 15 shots in any of those games.
Irving has benefited from extremely favorable shooting splits early this season: 58.3% from the field, including 42.9% from deep. He’s a career 47.4% from the field and 39.4% from beyond the arc, so his scoring will likely regress if his volume remains similar.
Miami ranks 27th in defensive rating, but they have a long-established culture of being a tough defensive team. ScoresAndOdds projects Irving for only 19.3 points on Monday.
