On Friday evening, NBA fans will be treated to a 13-game slate, featuring nearly all of the game’s biggest and brightest stars. The action begins at 7:00 p.m. ET with a trio of east coast contests, with the last game of the night tipping-off at 10:00 p.m. ET on ESPN. Paolo Banchero, Joel Embiid, Jayson Tatum, Stephen Curry, Devin Booker, and plenty of other big names will be on the floor tonight, giving the betting community plenty of high quality options to evaluate on the player prop market.

Paolo Banchero Over/Under 23.5 Points
In recent weeks, Paolo Banchero has been on a tear on the offensive end of the floor, leading the Magic with 23.7 points on 16.8 field goal attempts per game in his last nine contests. During that stretch, he is also second on the team in free throw attempts per game. Tonight, Banchero gets a favorable matchup against a Pistons defense that ranks 26th in defensive efficiency and 25th in opponent free throw attempts per game across the last month of action. Detroit has been particularly poor at defending power forwards of late, allowing 32 points to Kyle Kuzma, 29 points to Julius Randle, and 24 points to Jaren Jackson Jr. since Thanksgiving alone. Banchero could be in line for a big night in front of his home fans.

Tyrese Maxey Over/Under 25.5 Points
Since Thanksgiving, Tyrese Maxey is a perfect 4-for-4 to the over at this market number, and he has another great matchup tonight as he looks to keep that streak alive. During the last 30 days, the Hawks rank 27th in defensive efficiency while playing at the 3rd-quickest pace of any team in the league. Atlanta has been particularly vulnerable on the perimeter and around the rim in that time period, which favors Maxey, who leads the 76ers in three-point attempts per game and is tied for second on the team in field goal attempts per game in the restricted area. If Maxey takes around 20 shots again on Friday, he should be able to get the job done for us here.

Nic Claxton Over/Under 12.5 Points
Nic Claxton did not get the job done for us earlier in the week when we were on him, but this industry requires a certain level of psychological resilience to be successful, which is why we are going back to him again tonight in another great matchup. Since November 9, the Wizards have allowed the 3rd-most field goal attempts per game in the restricted area and the 4th-highest field goal percentage on such shots. Claxton leads the Nets in field goal attempts per game in the restricted area this year and is coming off of a month in which he averaged 14.3 points per game. After a pair of poor performances to start December, this is a great bounce back spot for Claxton to begin the weekend.
