Tyler Herro Over/Under 3.5 Three-Pointers Made
Entering play on Friday, Herro has eclipsed this market number in 12 of 22 games this season, but his lack of elite volume from the perimeter makes it unlikely that he will be able to consistently hit 4+ three-pointers going forward. Last season, Herro averaged only 3 made shots per game from beyond the arc, and better efficiency has only moderately improved that number through 22 games this season. Tonight, he has a mediocre matchup against a Hawks team that ranks near the league average in 3-point attempts allowed and opponent 3-point percentage during the last 30 days. The math favors the under in this spot.

Bradley Beal Over/Under 17.5 Points
In January, Beal is averaging 20.9 points per game and has scored at least 21 points five separate times during that stretch. This evening, Beal gets a good matchup against a Pelicans defense that has struggled to defend opposing guards in recent weeks. In the last week alone, New Orleans has allowed 33 points to Kyrie Irving, 42 points to Kyrie Irving, 29 points to LaMelo Ball, and 25 points to Terry Rozier. Beal should be able to get the job done for us to start the weekend.

Dejounte Murray Over/Under 24.5 Points
Even with Trae Young ruled out for tonight’s action, this is a tall market number for Murray. According to CourtIQ, Murray is averaging 25.1 points per 36 minutes this season with Young off of the floor, but that average is skewed slightly by a 32-point performance against the defenseless Pistons in November. Tonight, Murray will have to navigate a Miami defense that has allowed the 5th-fewest points per 100 possessions since the calendar flipped to 2024. The under makes sense here.
