NBA Player Props Today – Monday, February 26, 2024

Cade Cunningham Over/Under 3.5 Rebounds

Since February 10th, Cunningham is averaging 5.8 rebounds and 8 rebound chances per game, recording at least 4 rebounds in each of his 5 ganes in that span. Tonight, he gets to face a Knicks team that has struggled to contain opposing guards on the glass of late, allowing 6 rebounds to Tyrese Maxey, 4 rebounds to Kyle Lowry, 13 rebounds to Amen Thompson, and 4 rebounds to TJ McConnell since February 10th. Assuming Cunningham continues to see 7+ rebound chances, this is a number he will clear far more often than he won’t. We will live with the results here.

Cade Cunningham Over/Under 21.5 Points

Despite trading away some of the team’s backcourt depth, Cunningham has not seen a tremendous uptick in scoring, with 13 points or fewer (and 15 shot attempts or fewer) in 2 of his last 4 games. The Knicks have struggled defensively since Julius Randle and OG Anunoby have been out of the lineup, but they have still been reasonably good at defending opposing guards. Other than a 35-point outburst from Tyrese Maxey, no opposing point guard has scored more than 18 points against New York since Tyrese Haliburton scored 22 points against them on February 10th. The under has value here.

Jaren Jackson Over/Under 23.5 Points

Since Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, and Marcus Smart last played on January 12th, Jackson is averaging 25.1 points on 20.9 shot attempts per game. In those 15 games, he has scored at least 24 points 10 times, good for a 67% hit rate to the over. Tonight, he gets a favorable matchup against the Nets, who rank 23rd in defensive rating during February and just allowed 28 points to Karl-Anthony Towns two days ago. Jackson should once again have as many shot attempts as he can handle with minimal competition for shots on his roster. The over is a worthwhile risk in this spot.
