NBA Player Props Today – Monday, November 6

Horton-Tucker Over/Under 5.5 Assists

Talen Horton-Tucker is averaging 6.0 assists and 12.8 potential assists per game this season, and he gets another favorable matchup to start the new week against the Chicago Bulls. Entering play on Monday, the Bulls rank 23rd in defensive efficiency and 26th in opponent assists allowed per game this year. Horton-Tucker should see enough volume against a defensively-challenged Chicago backcourt in this spot to be competitive at this market number, making the over an appealing look.

Leonard Over/Under 22.5 Points

The player who is most likely to benefit from the arrival of James Harden is Kawhi Leonard, who leads the Los Angeles Clippers in field goal attempts per game on zero dribbles. On such attempts, he is shooting 63.2% from the field, including 45.0% from beyond the arc. The addition of Harden should help with floor spacing, in addition to adding another elite passer to the team’s backcourt. Leonard should have more uncontested shot attempts this year from the field than he has ever experienced during his career. There is a healthy degree of variance for tonight’s matchup, considering we have not seen this group on the floor together yet. Nevertheless, this is worth at least a small stab on Monday, with the hope that the offense runs smoothly.

Haliburton More/Less Than 37.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Through six games to begin the new campaign, the San Antonio Spurs rank 26th in defensive efficiency, 20th in rebound percentage, 21st in opponent assists per game, and 9th in pace. The Indiana Pacers rank 3rd in pace this season, meaning that tonight’s contest between these two teams should be a track meet. Haliburton is coming off of a 43-point, 12-assist performance against the similarly quick-paced, defensively-challenged Charlotte Hornets only two nights ago. Haliburton should once again be able to compile an impressive number of counting stats on Monday.
