NBA Player Props Today – Tuesday, April 1, 2025
- Bradley Beal Over/Under 14.5 Points
- Michael Porter Over/Under 17.5 Points
- Ja Morant Over/Under 5.5 Rebounds
Bradley Beal OVER 14.5 Points (-110, DraftKings)
Bradley Beal is officially listed as questionable for tonight’s matchup against the Bucks but appears to be trending towards suiting up after participating in shootaround earlier this morning. There is some risk that Beal could be on a minutes restriction in his first action since March 16, but this is still likely a worthwhile risk, given that Kevin Durant has been ruled out.
This season, Beal has scored 15+ points in all 6 games in which he’s played with Durant inactive, including a pair of games in which he played slightly fewer than 30 minutes. Since Damian Lillard last played, Milwaukee ranks 22nd in defensive rating, which makes this a somewhat favorable matchup as well. If Beal plays 25+ minutes this evening, he should have every opportunity to get the job done here.
Michael Porter UNDER 17.5 Points (-120, DraftKings)
This is a bit of a speculative play, but if Denver has all of their key pieces healthy and on the floor tonight, the math clearly favors the under here. This season, Michael Porter has scored fewer than 18 points in 20 of his 33 games in which Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, and Nikola Jokic have each been active.
Minnesota has also defended areas of the floor where Porter attempts most of his shots. Since the All-Star Break, the Timberwolves have allowed the 5th-lowest field goal percentage in the restricted area and the 7th-lowest field goal percentage above the break.
Bettors can wait for official injury news if they want here, but this might be worth a small play this afternoon if trusting that Denver is going to have everyone available.
Ja Morant UNDER 5.5 Rebounds (-150, bet365)
Ja Morant has grabbed 6+ rebounds in each of his last 3 games, entering play on Tuesday. That being said, he’s still averaged only 4.8 rebounds per game in March and is averaging only 4.2 rebounds per game this season.
Tonight, he draws a tough matchup against the Warriors, who have allowed the 9th-fewest rebounds and 10th-fewest rebound chances per game to guards since the All-Star bBeak. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him experience some regression to his season averages in this spot.
