NBA Player Props for Tuesday, 11/25: Best Bets & Predictions Today

What kind of performances can we expect from Tyrese Maxey, Jaxson Hayes, and Austin Reaves? Follow along as our NBA betting analyst, Nick Galaida, breaks down three of his favorite NBA prop bets for Tuesday, November 25th. Get all of Nick’s picks, including more NBA plays, by subscribing to the RotoGrinders Props & Pick’em package.
Tuesday’s NBA slate features only 3 games, but fans shouldn’t be short on entertainment value, with Luka Doncic, LeBron James, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and (likely) Joel Embiid among the stars scheduled to be on the floor.
In a nice change of pace, there isn’t a whole lot of noise on the NBA injury report. Trae Young, Paolo Banchero, and Deandre Ayton have all been ruled out, but the rest of tonight’s most significant names look likely to play as of this writing.
Still, we know better than to assume that the 10:30 AM ET injury report will be the same injury report that we see later in the day. As always, be sure to keep an eye on the status of key players ahead of tip-off, and use tools like CourtIQ and our NBA starting lineups page to help find value opportunities on the player prop market.

Best NBA Player Props for Tuesday, November 25th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 PM ET on Tuesday, November 25th:
- Tyrese Maxey Over/Under 31.5 Points
- Jaxson Hayes Over/Under 4.5 Rebounds
- Austin Reaves Over/Under 4.5 Rebounds
Tyrese Maxey UNDER 31.5 Points (-113, DraftKings)
Maxey has had some big scoring games this season, including a 54-point performance last week against Milwaukee. However, he has only cleared 31.5 points in 7 of 16 games this season and only 3 of 6 games with Joel Embiid active. Embiid is officially questionable for this game, but he seems closer to probable.
Regardless of whether Embiid suits up, this isn’t a particularly good matchup for Maxey. Nearly all of his shot attempts come from the restricted area, the paint, or above the break. Orlando has allowed the 6th-fewest attempts per game from guards in the restricted area and the 4th-fewest attempts per game from above the break.
Maxey would likely need to be unusually efficient with his opportunities to go over this line, especially against an Orlando team that does a pretty good job defending without fouling.
Jaxson Hayes OVER 4.5 Rebounds (-155, BetMGM)
In the lone game that Deandre Ayton missed this season, Hayes grabbed 5 rebounds on 12 rebound chances in 32 minutes against the Heat.
According to CourtIQ, Hayes is averaging 5.8 rebounds per 24 minutes this season with Ayton off of the floor. Thus, even if Hayes doesn’t see 30+ minutes again with Ayton sidelined, he should still have a decent margin for error.
The Clippers rank 25th in rebounds allowed per game to centers in November. During that span, they have allowed 21+ rebound chances to Andre Drummond, Evan Mobley, Neemias Queta, and Nikola Jokic. Hayes should have a great chance to collect 5+ rebounds in this matchup.
Austin Reaves OVER 4.5 Rebounds (+135, bet365)
Last season, Reaves averaged 5 rebounds per 36 minutes with both Luka Doncic and LeBron James on the floor, recording 5+ rebounds in 14 of 26 games with both players active (including 9 of 13 games on 1 day rest).
According to CourtIQ, Reaves is averaging 5.7 rebounds per 36 minutes in such situations since James returned from injury this season. He’s posted 5 rebounds on 8 rebound chances and 10 rebounds on 15 rebound chances in those 2 games.
Tonight, Reaves will get to face a Clippers team that ranks 19th in rebounds allowed to guards this season and 20th during the month of November. This is tremendous value.
