What is your favorite correlation and why?
Notorious: LAR/ARI game stack – I love both quarterbacks in this game. The Rams are coming off of a bad loss against the Panthers, and we know head coach Sean McVay isn’t afraid to run up the score. Matthew Stafford is still in the MVP race, so he needs a big game to sway the voters. He has two obvious stacking candidates, Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Jacoby Brissett has scored at least 20 fantasy points in all 7 of his starts this season. With Marvin Harrison Jr. likely out, we can expect most of the targets to funnel to Michael Wilson and Trey McBride.
stevietpfl: Tyrod Taylor + Adonai Mitchell + De’Von Achane – I’m going right back to the well on Taylor this weekend. Miami has allowed the 9th-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks. Taylor threw for 172 yards and added 44 yards on the ground against Atlanta last weekend. Over the last 2 weeks, Mitchell leads the NFL with 359 air yards and 64.2% of his team’s air yards. He has a 31.1% target rate in that span and is averaging 7.58 yards per target. Achane continues to be one of the best floor/ceiling options for DFS. He’s played 79% of the snaps this season, and he’s 3rd in expected fantasy points per game. The Jets have allowed the 8th-most rushing yards per game and 5th-most fantasy points to running backs. Miami still has an outside shot at making the playoffs, so I expect them to rely on Achane in this game.
Krayton: Jacoby Brissett + Michael Wilson + Trey McBride – I love this LAR/ARI game stack. With Marvin Harrison Jr. officially out, Wilson is the top value play on the slate, and I love pairing both McBride and Wilson with Brissett, who has been phenomenal in each of his 7 starts this season. On the other side of the game, I will be overweight on Puka Nacua, who hasn’t scored a TD in the last 3 games, but this is a big divisional matchup, and he put up 10 catches and 129 yards against them last season. Matthew Stafford is leading the league in TD passes this season (32). I love getting exposure to this game.
ebeimfohr: RJ Harvey + Broncos D/ST – The Raiders are a corpse of a team just looking to get to the offseason. They have had a solid run defense for much of the season, but they showed major cracks last week, allowing a 36/180/2 line on the ground to Chargers running backs. The Broncos have one of the best defenses in the football, and they should dominate a woeful Raiders offense to create a positive script for Harvey. The rookie back has taken on the lead in the absence of J.K. Dobbins, and while he hasn’t exploded for a huge game, he has slate-breaking upside with his big-play potential, touchdown equity, and ability in the passing game. Pair that with a Broncos defense that should feast on the worst offensive line in football for the double whammy.
ncorfield8k: Jordan Love + Christian Watson + Romeo Doubs + Luther Burden III – The Bears have been a defense to target through the air all season, and they’ve allowed the 7th-most schedule-adjusted fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the past 5 weeks and the 5th most to wide receivers. The Packers are a nice contrarian stack that isn’t overly expensive. Burden has seen his role increase in recent weeks, and it’ll get even better if Rome Odunze, who is questionable, misses the game.
Davis Mattek: Jacoby Brissett + Michael Wilson – With Marvin Harrison Jr. ruled out, this stack saves you significant money if you do not include Trey McBride. On a lower-scoring slate last week, McBride ended up in winning lineups with 8/85/1, but that is likely not going to cut it this week. Brissett is on a streak of 6 straight games with 20+ DK points, and I expect him to get there in garbage time versus the Rams.
Jordan Vanek: Josh Allen + Dalton Kincaid + Chase Brown – For Allen to post the GPP-winning score, I think he needs to play from behind and lean on his legs. The Bills have been a terrible run defense this season and have allowed plenty of explosive plays, and Brown is capable of creating those. If Brown hits a few big gains, it could force the Bills into a heavy passing script, which is where Allen historically starts running more. That combination is what unlocks his true ceiling. The Bengals are arguably the worst team of all time against TEs, and Kincaid is the best receiving TE the Bills have.
