What is your favorite correlation and why?

Notorious: Saquon Barkley + Eagles D/ST – The Eagles can lock up their division with a win this week and are technically still alive for the top overall seed in the NFC. They have a lot to play for this week and will be without their star quarterback, Jalen Hurts. Even without any additional narratives, I expect them to lean heavily on the run. What is one of those narratives? Barkley is currently on pace to win the rushing title and only needs 162 more rushing yards for 2,000 on the season. He should have no problem with efficiency against the Cowboys, who are 30th in PFF’s grades against the run and 32nd in EPA against the run. He pairs nicely with the defense, as they are affordable, large favorites, and playing extremely well.

Stevietpfl: Bryce Young + Adam Thielen + Bucky Irving – Depending on how the Saturday games go, we might not have a lot of meaningful games on Sunday. With that said, Tampa needs to win both of their games to have a chance to make the playoffs. As much as I like Mayfield, Young is cheap and makes the rest of my lineup look better. Bryce Young is still trying to prove that he belongs and has looked a lot better over the last 5 games. He has multiple touchdowns in 3 of his last 5 games, including 3 rushing touchdowns. Thielen continues to be his main target, and he’s my favorite stacking option. I will be way overweight on Irving. Since Week 10, Carolina is allowing 199 rushing yards per game, which is the most in the NFL in that span. Irving ran for 152 yards against Carolina in Week 13. I will also double stack with Mike Evans or Jalen McMillan.

Krayton: Jordan Love + Tucker Kraft + Justin Jefferson – This is the game that I have the most interest in. My Minnesota Vikings are still competing for the best record in the NFC along with trying to secure the first-round bye for playoffs. It’s a great environment at US Bank Stadium, and both teams will be looking to throw it often. Jordan Love hasn’t been great for fantasy purposes the last few weeks, but he had an elite game against Minnesota earlier this year, going for 389 yards and throwing 4 touchdowns. I expect him to have another big game against their rivals, and Tucker Kraft is my favorite TE to pair him with. Kraft has had a great season and scored a touchdown against Minnesota in their previous meeting. He has 7 touchdowns on the season, and he is one of Love’s most reliable targets. Justin Jefferson is easily my favorite play on the other side. He is coming off of another big outing, going for 144 yards and 2 touchdowns, and I expect him to have another big game against the Packers.

ebeimfohr: Jordan Love + Jayden Reed – This is the most exciting game of the slate, but the lack of clarity with the Packers WRs and pricing on Justin Jefferson are keeping ownership somewhat in check. The Packers have mostly been able to cruise to victories of late with their ground game and defense, but we should see them get pushed, which bodes well for pass-game stacks. We saw that exact outcome in the first meeting between these teams, and the Packers threw nearly 60 passes. Reed matches up particularly well out of the slot with this pressure-heavy Minnesota defense, and he even posted 30 DK points in the first matchup, posting his highest receiving yardage total of the season.

ncorfield8k: Joe Flacco + Josh Downs – With Anthony Richardson out, Joe Flacco will start, which is good news for Colts stacks. Josh Downs has been targeted 40 times in his last 4 games with Flacco, and both come in at low salaries.

Davis Mattek: Jordan Love + his pass catchers – The only game in which Love has thrown for 300+ yards this season was the one where he came back from injury against the Vikings. The team has gone 6 straight games with fewer than 30 dropbacks, and they are 31st in the NFL in dropback rate. They will not have that luxury against the Vikings. This will likely be the most explosive game of the slate, and I want every piece.

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
