NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Monday Night Football

DRAFTKINGS

Who are your three favorite Captains, ranked in order?

Notorious: Lamar Jackson, Justin Herbert, Will Dissly
headChopper: Zay Flowers, Lamar Jackson, Ladd McConkey
ncorfield8k: Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, Ladd McConkey
Davis Mattek: Zay Flowers, Lamar Jackson, Ladd McConkey

What is your favorite game-script build and why?

Notorious: I am fully fading the running backs on the Chargers. I know this is a revenge spot for J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards, but they have so much working against them. They are in a timeshare, the Ravens have the best run defense in the NFL, and this is a game where the team could fall behind early. Due to this fade, my preferred game script is the Ravens jumping out to an early lead and forcing the Chargers to air it out (which is what they should do anyway).

headChopper: I think this game will be competitive, with Baltimore controlling the pace but not running away with it. The Ravens should stick to a balanced offensive attack, with Lamar Jackson leading both the passing and running games. On the other side, the Chargers are likely to lean on a pass-heavy approach to take advantage of Baltimore’s defensive weaknesses and keep things close. This setup could lead to an efficient game with plenty of points but slower paced.

ncorfield8k: This game is tied for the highest over/under of the week, and I think it lives up to the high total expectations. The Ravens offense has been dominant all season, and the Chargers have put up at least 26 points in each of the past 4 games. The Ravens are exploitable through the air, so I expect this to be the 5th in a row. The Ravens can attack any way they choose, but I prefer building through their passing attack.

Davis Mattek: For once, I would love for one of these ballyhooed national TV games to get there, and I think we can see it tonight. The Ravens defense is weak where the Chargers have excelled, and while the Chargers’ defense has been stout, they have faced the lowest cumulative EPA/play of opposing QBs in the AFC. They have not been tested! I will be building on this slate like the passing games for both teams do well and the running backs take a back seat.

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
