Top NFL DFS Picks for Week 5
Amon-Ra St. Brown has the third-highest projection among WRs this week despite being more than $1,000 cheaper than the likes of Tyreek Hill and Justin Jefferson. He doesn’t necessarily have the same sort of upside as those two guys, but he has been as steady of an option as they come. His target volume has actually been a bit lower than I would have expected, but the addition of Jameson Williams back into the lineup could help take the top off the defense and open some things up for St. Brown.
Cooper Kupp has a chance to return to the lineup this week, as he has been dealing with a hamstring injury. The Rams offense was putrid last year; Cooper Kupp posted WR1 numbers, averaging the most fantasy points per game at the position before getting hurt. This Rams offense looks much better, and if Kupp can step in and see a full workload right away, his upside is huge.
Travis Kelce saw 33% of the targets in this Chiefs offense and has had at least 8 targets in each game this season. However, we haven’t really seen many good game scripts for Kelce. That could all change this week, as this game against the Vikings has a whopping 53.5 implied total.
