What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – The two best value plays on the slate are probably Alex Iafallo and Jani Nyman as cheap guys with elevated roles. I think a lot of people will be playing them as one-offs, but I think their lines will make good under-the-radar stacks as well. Both guys have full power-play correlation with their linemates, which is an added bonus.

boggslite: Large-field tournaments. There is plenty of value to be had tonight, which opens up salary to load up on the studs in great matchups. I plan to load up on Colorado’s and Tampa Bay’s top power-play units and take advantage of the value forwards rather than look to stack two full lines with them. I plan to narrow my goalie choices to Anthony Stolarz and Juuse Saros if I need the salary.

Joda: Large-field tournaments are my preferred format tonight. We have three superstars to choose from in Nathan MacKinnon, Auston Matthews, and Nikita Kucherov. Kucherov has the most expensive linemates, but there are plenty of cheap options to make it all work. Colorado has a mouthwatering matchup against Detroit’s penalty kill, which ranks dead last in the NHL. Their top 6 is affordable enough that you can pair them with another mid-tier stack like the Blues’ top 6.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
