NHL DFS Picks: DraftKings Expert Survey for Wednesday, October 28

Who is your favorite skater to spend up for in cash games?

TastefulTides: Connor McDavid
boggslite: Connor McDavid

How do you plan to beat the field of opponents in the tournaments you will be playing? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

TastefulTides: It will be chalky, but due to high-end options on the slate, I think we are forced to go with the stars-and-scrubs approach. I’m going to take shots on some of the cheaper goalies like Devin Cooley, Joseph Woll, and Jake Allen so that I can fit in more high-end plays.

boggslite: I will primarily be building around the top lines of Edmonton, Colorado, and Toronto. All three teams have elite players who contribute heavily to their team’s scoring, whereas it’s difficult to predict where the scoring will come from on the other teams. Seattle and Calgary have some cheap complementary players to make it work when paying up for Connor McDavid, Nathan MacKinnon, and Auston Matthews.

Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?
