Wednesday, November 22nd
With Thanksgiving on deck, the National Hockey League has presented us with a loaded Wednesday night slate featuring 15 games. The Pittsburgh Penguins and the Tampa Bay Lightning are your biggest favorites, and we have five teams (Dallas Stars, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers and the Montreal Canadiens) playing on consecutive nights.
GOALTENDER
NOTE: Make sure to check the RotoGrinders Starting Goalies Page page prior to game time, to confirm that the goalies listed below are starting.
Scott Darling, Carolina Hurricanes – You could certainly roster either Matt Murray or Sergei Bobrovsky in either cash games or GPPs tonight, but the goaltender I will likely end up rostering more often than not is the Carolina Hurricanes’ Scott Darling. The 28-year-old goalie is not only a bargain across the industry ($7,600 on DraftKings and $7,500 on FanDuel), but he has also been playing his best hockey in November, posting a 2.13 goals against average and a .924 save percentage. A win and 30 saves is a strong possibility tonight, making Darling a great option in any format this evening.
