MLB PrizePicks Predictions Today
Shohei Ohtani – More Than 1.5 Total Bases
We’re back! PrizePicks rightfully removed Ohtani’s 1.5 total bases projection from their nightly options for a lengthy period of time, as he continues to dominate the league, but it’s back up tonight. He projects for a whopping 2.7 bases in the RotoGrinders projections and has a ridiculously high .402 ISO and .480 wOBA against right-handed pitching this season. Ronel Blanco has been solid, but he has still given up a .199 ISO, 43.6% hard-hit rate, and a ton of fly balls to lefties this year.
- PrizePicks PLAY: More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Rafael Devers – More Than 1.5 Total Bases
It’s a day to pick total base projections for superstars on PrizePicks, as 1.5 total bases are just too low of a number for players of this caliber. Marcus Stroman has been dreadful against lefties this year, giving up a .207 ISO while only striking out 15.5% of left-handed batters. Devers boasts an incredible .386 ISO to right-handed pitching so far this season and is lined up for a big game in this rivalry spot, projecting for 2 total bases in the RotoGrinders projections.
- PrizePicks PLAY: More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Ketel Marte – More Than 1.5 Total Bases
This is probably my favorite set of PrizePicks predictions this entire MLB season. I love Total Base Day! The Diamondbacks are in one of the best spots of the night against Marco Gonzales, and there’s no one on their team who has mashed lefties on Arizona this season quite like Ketel Marte. He has a .336 ISO against left-handed pitching this season and tonight projects for 2.6 total bases in the RotoGrinders projections.
