Good morning one and all. We are here on a vivacious Friday AM to give you the Rise & Grind, the daily article where we review all the happenings of yesterday’s daily fantasy sports.
Pat yourself on the back; you made it to Friday, the weekend is finally here and you can taste it. But before you take a bite into what DFS has to offer tonight, allow me to press the rewind button back to Thursday and re-examine what crushed and what failed miserably. We’ll also take a gander at what’s on tap for tonight as we move closer to the big day that is an NFL Sunday.
Thursday’s Big Winners
Time to find out who won some dinero last night. hb1590 hit it out of the park with their massive score in FanDuel’s
$80K Thu MLB Grand Slam. His team lead by Jeff Samardzija and his 9ks and 60 FD points in addition to Matt Kemp, who went off completely off the rails finishing with an astounding 40.9 FD points off of two home runs and three RBIs. All that and a Mets stack; that’s right, I said a Mets stack, who had a back-and-forth game ending in dramatic fashion when Asdrubal Cabrera hit a walk-off three run homer. One that lifted not just the Mets to victory but hb1590 as well. Here’s the $10,000 winning lineup in the flesh.
