SuperDraft NFL DFS Multiplier Plays - Week 2

If you haven’t already heard SuperDraft is back with its $125,000 Red Zone GPP! Last week this same exact contest — same size and prize pool — only filled up 52%, making it one of the best values in the industry. As of Thursday morning, it’s only 8% filled, so heavy overlay is in the forecast again.

If you aren’t familiar with SuperDraft’s unique Multiplier format and scoring, catch up here.

Every week, we’ll review one of the top lineups in SuperDraft’s biggest GPP and then we’ll break down a fewof our favorite plays.

Here are a few Multiplier plays I’m looking at for SuperDraft’s Week 2 contests.

QB Case Keenum 1.95x – The Redskins didn’t win but Keenum lit the Eagles defense up throwing a total of 44 times for 380 yards and 3 touchdowns. Keenum will find himself throwing the ball a lot this season as the Redskins are expected to be playing from behind more often than not. To add to the passing lure, lead running back Derrius Guice will miss time with an ankle injury.

QB Derek Carr 1.95x – Carr played well against a tough Denver Broncos defense but he didn’ put up big numbers. Yards and touchdowns should come easier against the Kansas City Chief defense, a defense that allowed rookie Garden Minshew to complete 22 of 25 pass attempts for 275 yards and two touchdowns. Like Washing vs. Dallas, the Raiders are likely to be playing catch up against the Chiefs’ prolific offense.

RB David Johnson 1.65x – Johnson is Arizona’s workhorse and he put up a handful of points against the Lions. Playing against the Ravens defense is an entirely different animal, but the Cardinals’ new offense is already playing at a historically high pace under first-year head coach Kliff Kingsbury. Moreover, Cardinals played with four wideouts on over 70% of snaps in Week 1, and Johnson played 87% of all snaps.

RB Josh Jacobs 1.7x – The rookie running back had an impressive two-touchdown pro debut against the Broncos. if you’re playing him with Carr then you definitely want to see him involved more in the passing game than he last week. The game script should give Jacobs plenty of catching opportunities if the Raiders do, in fact, have any confidence in his receiving ability.

WR Mecole Hardman 2x – Hardman is the big-play ability and he’ll either be Mahomes’ No. 2 or No. 3 receiver with Tyreek Hill sidelined. We’ve seen Mahomes spread the ball around before. Hardman can his speed turn a couple of catches into big points.

TE Darren Waller 2x – Waller is a supremely athletic tight end and his speed will allow him to routinely beat linebackers in coverage. Waller led his team in receptions and targets in Week 1. I expect that trend to continue. He’s a perfect pairing for Derek Carr in what looks to be an optimal game script.
