SuperDraft's $125K Red Zone GPP Winning Lineup Week 4 Review

SuperDraft

SuperDraft is back with their 125,000 Red Zone GPP for NFL Week 5. Last week this same exact contest — same size and prize pool — only filled up 65%, continuing to make it one of the best values in the industry.

If you aren’t familiar with SupeDraft’s unique Multiplier format and scoring, catch up here.

Essentially, contestants can break free from the restraints of the salary cap and roster anyone they want. Instead of price tags, players are assigned multipliers between 1x-2x.

Not only is there overlay to take advantage of, but there’s also a learning curve for new users.

Let’s take a look at the winning lineup and ownership across the slate from Week 4.

SDWk4review

QB Jared Goff 1.2x (2.5%) – This was the first week SuperDraft changed up their QB pricing, allowing for a QB with a low multiplier to make it on the winning lineup. QBs with low multipliers like Goff will be in play going forward and you’ll likely get them with low ownership

RB Wayne Gallman 1.55x (22.8%) – With Barkley out for the Giants Gallman became one of the most popular DFS plays across the industry. The running back capitalized on his opportunity scoring two touchdowns and grabbing six receptions. Barkley is out again and Gallman’s multiplier (1.4x) hasn’t fallen much from last week. Unfortunately, he’ll be playing against a much more formidable Minnesota Vikings defense.

RB Austin Ekeler 1.15x (43.9%) – It seems like Ekeler has become a staple in winning Super Draft lineups despite his multiplier quickly falling. Last week’s matchup was perfect for the running back, especially with the new that back up running back Justin Jackson was out. Melvin Gordon suited up but didn’t see any playing time. Expect Gordon to take a good chunk for Ekeler’s touches going forward.

WR Chris Godwin 1.25x (1%) – This was the winning play of the slate. Questions surrounded Godwin’s health all weekend but he was ruled active on Sunday and Rishipatel412 was smart to jump on him, getting the receiver at just 1% owned.

WRs Robert Woods 1.25x (4.5%) and Cooper Kupp 1.2x (8.7%) – Rishipatel412 played two receivers in the same game, stacking Woods and Kupp with QB Jared Goff. Both receivers had relatively low ownership, in part because of their low ownership. This winning lineup probably had the lowest multipliers we’ve seen so far this season thanks to the 55-40 shoutout in L.A.

Will Dissly 1.85x (30.5%) – I’m actually surprised Dissly wasn’t hire owned than 30.5% considering his matchup and multiplier. You won’t find a free space like that this week.

Flex Christian McCaffrey 1x (20.2%) – McCaffrey continues to make winning lineups despite a 1x multiplier. The volume of touches he’s getting is simply too good to pass up.
