Minnesota Vikings vs. Denver Broncos Prediction: Is Charlie Wright?
Is Charlie Wright? explores one NFL bet each week based on a major decision point. Ideally, this article will lay out a case for the bet in a thorough manner, giving the reader the opportunity to either agree with the perspective and tail the bet or disagree with the breakdown and fade the pick.
Was Charlie Wright? (DAL -16.5)
Oh yeah. Another blowout win for the Cowboys. They continue to win and loss by massive margins. Dallas is in a similar situation this week, coming in as double-digit favorites against Carolina.
Hit both of the props. Rachaad White only had a couple catches, but took one of them for a long TD. San Francisco torched Jacksonville and Brock Purdy hit his over comfortably.
How about the public?

Boom! Think 48 votes is a season-high, too.

Week 11 Pick: Minnesota ML (+115 on Fanatics Sportsbook)
Reason: Joshua Dobbs is the truth.
The best story in the league this season just keeps getting better. Dobbs has led Minnesota to two wins since his arrival, including in an emergency appearance just 5 days into his tenure with the team. He’s been just as capable leading the offense as Kirk Cousins was, and you could argue even better…
Dobbs has tossed three TDs to no interceptions over about seven quarters of action. He’s racked up 110 yards and two more scores on the ground. Dobbs was 3rd in EPA in Week 9 and 2nd last week. He’s been 1st and 2nd in QBR over the past two weeks, respectively.
And yet, Minnesota is an underdog on Sunday night against a 4-5 Denver team. The Broncos have certainly been better on defense since their historic demolition by Miami in Week 3. They shut down the Chiefs on multiple occasions (though Patrick Mahomes did have the flu for one of them) and took advantage of the floundering Bills on Monday night. But Denver has also given up 28+ points to the Bears and Jets, while allowing a Buffalo team that can’t run to rumble for nearly 200 yards.
It’s a home game for the Broncos, but that hasn’t mattered much this season. They’re 2-3 in Denver, with losses to the Raiders, Commanders and Jets. Just don’t see this group slowing down the Josh Dobbs show.

NFL Player Props for Week 11
Trey McBride Over 54.5 Receiving Yards (-110 on BetMGM)
McBride didn’t miss a beat with Kyler Murray returning to the lineup, posting another amazing performance (8 catches for 131 yards) in Week 10. Now he gets arguably the best matchup for tight ends in the league. Houston has allowed the 5th-most receiving yards per game and the most receptions by a wide margin. They’ve also seen the most targets per game, something that should continue given McBride’s recent usage (28 targets in three games since Zach Ertz went on IR).
Jordan Love Over 226.5 Passing Yards (-114 on FanDuel)
This is more of a matchup play than anything. The Chargers have been demolished through the air, allowing nearly 25 more passing yards per game than the next-closest team. Every quarterback to face Los Angeles has gone over this number, and that includes Ryan Tannehill, Aidan O’Connell, Tyson Bagent and Zach Wilson. Love has been largely disappointing, but he has averaged nearly 250 passing yards over the past three weeks. He’s also had 40+ attempts twice in that span. A similar volume could be in store this week.
