Thursday, December 7th

Tonight, we have a four game slate with no teams on a back-to-back, though it is the third game if four days for both the Wizards and the Jazz. Let’s have a look at my favorite play for each position on the slate. Please note – a lot of my favorite plays should be pretty chalky this evening, making this more of a cash game slate for me.

Point Guard

PG: Tyler Ulis, Phoenix Suns, $11
Well this ought to be fun to watch the Suns play without Devin Booker, who is injured for the next couple weeks. The team is going to have a tough time scoring and is sure to be a train-wreck, but Ulis should definitely see a bump in minutes to around at least 30, making him just too good of value for me to pass on. On the bright side he gets to matchup with Tim Frazier, a very poor defender, who’s now dragged the Wizards down to 14th in DVP vs. the point guard position. There’s tons of usage and minutes up for grabs on the Suns and if Ulis gets at least 30 minutes and picks up some of that usage then he should be on his way to a nice night.
