Daily wOBA Sheet: 2nd Base

Shown below are the same wOBA averages used on our wOBA Cheat Sheets found in the Batter Hub for all players at the given position. wOBA is Weighted On Base Average, and the combining of batter wOBA in a number of splits with pitcher wOBA splits is a terrific measure of daily matchups.

Total Average = (.75 x Batter Average) + (.25 x Pitcher Average)

1 – Bat Hand is expected batting hand for that day. So if a player is a switch hitter and is facing a right handed pitcher, his expected batting hand is left that day and vice-versa.
