- Dustin McGowan vs. LHB – 0.326 wOBA Against
- Dustin McGowan vs. RHB – 0.297 wOBA Against
The Angels are my top stack tonight as they travel to Toronto to take on the Blue Jays in the very hitter friendly Rogers Centre which has yielded the 5th most runs and the 2nd most HR’s of any ballpark this season. Dustin McGowan will draw the start for the Jays, he has a 13.50 ERA at home this season and that may not get any better after tonight.
The Angels are still missing Josh Hamilton, but they have a lot of power in their lineup and they also have players that get on base. The HR hitters are obviously the top plays here, but taking a nice mini-stack with some of the OBP guys looks like a great route to take.

- Phil Hughes vs. LHB – 0.360 wOBA Against
- Phil Hughes vs. RHB – 0.352 wOBA Against
Phil Huhges has pitched well in his last two starts, but that doesn’t make up for the last year and a half of him struggling. This Tigers’ offense has had his number in the past including Miguel Cabrera who is 15/28 off of him with 5 HR’s.
The Tigers are huge favorites in this game and the fact that the total is set at 8.5 runs with Justin Verlander on the mound is really telling. Vegas expects the Tigers to score a lot of runs tonight and so do I. Hughes has a 5.73 ERA with a 1.65 WHIP on the road this season and the Tigers are ranked 7th against RH pitching with a team .328 wOBA.

- Clay Buchholz vs. LHB – 0.260 wOBA Against
- Clay Buchholz vs. RHB – 0.300 wOBA Against
The Rangers bats finally came alive a little bit last night and I expect them to keep it going tonight against Clay Buchholz who has not been the same pitcher ever since his injury last season. Buchholz has a 5.63 ERA on the season with a 1.60 WHIP.
The total for this game is set at 8.5 runs which is extremely high considering Yu Darvish will be on the mound for the Rangers. The Rangers have a very powerful lineup with Choo, Fielder, Rios, and Beltre. Buchholz has already given up 6+ runs 2 times this season and could be in for a 3rd tonight.
