When the afternoon games wrapped up, RG member sisaac44 scored 165.54 points and walked away with the $125,000 top prize.

sissaac’s winning lineup included Matthew Stafford and Golden Tate of the Lions, who combined for over 48 points. He also rostered the highest-owned running back and tight end in this contest. David Johnson produced 34 fantasy points and outscored Le’Veon Bell by 14.8 points, despite Bell costing $100 more.

Travis Kelce put up 8 catches for 140 yards against the Falcons, in a game that sisaac44 liked a lot, choosing to also roster Julio Jones, who had seven receptions for 113 yards before getting injured.

The Patriots wound up as the highest-owned defense/special teams play at 22.7%. Justin Tucker was the highest-priced kicker on the slate, but he returned solid value as the Ravens scored 38 points. To finish out the roster, sisaac44 used Jeremy Hill and Michael Crabtree, who both found the end zone.

Sisaac44 barely edged out #1 ranked player saahilsud for the tournament win. Saahilsud finished second and sixth, totaling $65,000 in prize money.

In terms of slate strategy, most of the finalists chose to pay $9200 for David Johnson against the Washington Redskins. He was 76 percent owned. Le’Veon Bell was 40 percent owned. Julio Jones was the only wide receiver rostered by more than 30 percent of the teams, showing up on 48 percent of the lineups.

In a home matchup against the Lions, Drew Brees was the highest-owned quarterback at 32 percent. Travis Kelce was the highest-used tight end, at 20 percent ownership. Kicker ownership was pretty spread out. The Broncos (21.3 percent), Ravens (18.7 percent), and Patriots (22.7 percent) were the most popular defensive/special teams plays, and they all put up between 12 and 17 fantasy points.
