Pitchers
- This game is a pick’em with the OU set at 8. Ervin Santana ERA after 2 games is a 3.21. His day game ERA from last year was 6.22 which is a huge red flag. He catches a TOR team batting .228 on the season and only .192 vs. him. In Play
- TOR sends everyone’s favorite upside play Brandon Morrow to the mound. Hill had a great outing in his first start and a horrible one in his second. That is what you get with him. His road ERA was a nice 2.87 a year ago and he pitched shutout baseball in his 5 day games with an ERA of 0.26. KC has been hot batting .266 on the season and the have a .292 BAA vs. him. I chose to ignore that Target
Batters
- The BvPs are not there but Alex Gordon has been on a tear. Eric Hosmer is the play here. He is 5-9 with 2 HRs. Jeff Francoeur, Alcides Escobar, Mike Moustakesand Salvador Perez have nice numbers as well.
- Jose Bautista is 7-22 vs. Santana with 2 HRs. Adam Lind also has 3 HR vs him in 29 AB.

Pitchers
- Vegas likes STL at -155 and has the OU line set at 8. Jamie Garcia looks like a great play. He is always a factor at home where he has a 2.82 ERA and his day game ERA is a solid 3.58. He faces a MIL team batting .246 on the season and .264 vs. him. Target
- After a bad first outing, Marco Estrada looked crisp in his second. He has k/9 upside but he is just a 4.53 road pitcher and his day game ERA of 5.72 is alarming. STL has a deceptively potent offense batting .263 on the season and .333 vs. him. Avoid
Batters
- Yadier Molina is 6-10 with a HR vs. Estrada. Matt Carpenter looks likely to keep producing today also. David Freese is 2-7 with HR. I think he is a better hitter than what he is priced.
- No one has any overwhelming positive numbers vs. Garcia. Braun has been hot and hits Lefties well. If I were to gamble on anyone it would be him or Aoki if he is cheap enough.

Pitchers
- The OU line for this game is set at 8 and SF is the small favorite at -120. Can someone tell me what happened to Tim Lincecum? He is only 28 but looks as done as Roy Halladay. He has not pitched well to start the season. He brings his 6.43 road ERA and 6.19 day game ERA against a Cubs team that is batting .220 on the season and .235 vs. him. His K/9 is still over 9 which gives him upside and he is facing a bad team. Spin the Wheel
- Edwin Jackson has not been pitching well also. His day game ERA was a 4.99 a year ago and he faces a hot SF team batting .268 on the season and .352 vs. him. Avoid
Batters
- The already hot Angel Pagan is 3-3 vs. Jackson. Pablo Sandoval is 5-8 with an HR. Marco Scutaro is 8-23 with 2 HR. I
- As bad as Lincecum is pitching, I think you can throw out the BvPs. The only problem is the Cubs look just as bad. They may score some runs. They may not. Good luck guessing who it is when it happens.

HOU BvP | HOU vs L | LAA BvP | LAA vs R | ||||
| Note: Batter Splits Above Open in Pop Up Window | |||||||
Pitchers
- The OU line for this game is 8 and LAA is the heavy favorite at -215. C.J. Wilson already has a great K/9 ratio but that will get a bump from an Astros team with a 113 Ks on the season. His home ERA was 3.77 and his day ERA was 2.11. Target
- Phillip Humber has looked good in his first two starts but he is a matchup play. This is not a good matchup vs. a team that has a .344 BAA vs. him and is heating up. Avoid
Batters
- Josh Hamilton got off the snide yesterday with his first HR. He is looking a lot more comfortable at the plate. The hot Albert Pujols is 2-4 vs Humber with an HR as is Mike Trout. Everyone has positive numbers in this one.
- Jose Altuve and Justin Maxwell are producing so they are hard to ignore. Chris Carter is 3-4 vs, Wilson with a double if you are looking for a sleeper.
