NBA Player Props, March 16, 2023
- Mikal Bridges o25.5 points
- Deandre Ayton o18.5 points
- Spencer Dinwiddie o8.5 assists
Mikal Bridges o25.5 points (-135), Caesars
Entering play, Mikal Bridges has eclipsed this market number in six of his last nine games played, with one of his misses being a game with exactly 25 points. Tonight, Bridges gets a favorable matchup against a Sacramento Kings team that ranks 27th in defensive efficiency, 26th in opponent field goal percentage, 26th in opponent three-point percentage, and 18th in opponent free throw attempts per game across the last month of action. Since February 28, Bridges is averaging 28.4 points on a team-leading 19.0 field goal attempts per contest. Only two other members of the Brooklyn Nets roster are averaging north of eight field goal attempts per game in that span. Expect Bridges to have high volume once again on Thursday, and for him to have a great opportunity to hit the over on his points prop.
Deandre Ayton o18.5 points (-125), MGM
Deandre Ayton rarely makes it look easy, but he has consistently cashed for us this season when we have taken the over on his points prop. Tonight, we are running it back with him once again in a favorable matchup against the Orlando Magic, which rank 30th in opponent field goal percentage in the restricted area and 19th in opponent field goal percentage in the paint across the last 30 days of action. On the season, Ayton is averaging 13.6 field goal attempts per game, 10.5 of which are coming in the restricted area or the paint. Ayton is well-equipped to put together a strong performance in this spot – trust him to get the job done.
Spencer Dinwiddie o8.5 assists (-120), BetMGM
Spencer Dinwiddie has at least eight assists in eight of his last nine games, with the lone exception coming against the Houston Rockets – a contest in which he played only 29 minutes. Across his last three games, Dinwiddie has posted 11 assists, 16 assists, and 11 assists, respectively, as the clear-cut facilitator in the Brooklyn Nets offense. In those three games, Dinwiddie is averaging an astounding 21.0 potential assists, giving him more than enough opportunity to clear this number once again on Thursday against a Sacramento Kings defense that ranks 30th in opponent assists per game across the last month. Take the over here.
