DFS Tournament Report: NFL Week 11

Papagates is currently RotoGrinders #2 ranked player in the TPOY race but he could be making a big move on #1 as he dominated the NFL DFS scene yesterday with GPP win’s in countless contests including the $1.4M Wildcat. He’d enter the night in first place in the Millionaire but would drop to 8th after the Redskins hung up a big number on the Packers. Here’s a review of all the major GPPs including top 10 standings and winning lineups:

DraftKings NFL $4M Millionaire ($1M to First)

After Kirk Cousins hit Pierre Garcon for a long TD pass in the Sunday Night Football game, papagates was in line to win his second seven figure payday of the 2016 NFL season but then Rob Kelly happened… and moykiss (who also had Cousins, Jamison Crowder, and Jordan Reed in his lineup) would ride a Redskins onslaught to move up from no where to the top of the standings. A number of people would benefit from Kelley’s outburst as papagates would drop all the way to 8th by the end of the night. Moykiss also had the winning RB combo of Le’Veon Bell and David Johnson as well as a 20 fpt performance from New Englad WR Malcolm Mitchell.

DraftKings NFL $1.4M Wildcat

While papagates would have to settle for 8th in the Millionaire, that same lineup would be more than enough to give him the top honors in the Wildcat (along with countless other smaller prizepool GPPs). In addition to Cousins, Garcon, Bell, and Johnson, papagates benefited from a solid 20+ fpt performance from Doug Baldwin.

DraftKings NFL $1.2M Play-Action

Kronik527 would win the Play-Action by just .06 points behind and would not hit his final total until Kelley put in his third TD of the day late in the 4th quarter. 16blessed would be the oh so close runner-up.

FanDuel $1.25M Sunday Million ($200K to 1st)

Another close finish would take place in the Sunday Million when djdoggyds would come from behind to squeak past catsauce by .06 points. The winning play? You guessed it… the 3rd Rob Kelley TD. Kelley along with Tom Brady, Bell, Baldwin, T.Y.Hilton, DeVante Parker and the weekly DST play (whomever is facing Blake Bortles and the Jaguars) that was the Lions would make up his winning $200k lineup.

FanDuel $800K Sling TV Rush ($100K to 1st)

Buddygalpal would also have Rob Kelley in his winning lineup but would ride behind the arm of Dak Prescott (who scored 25.6 fpts at <3% ownership) paired with Dez Bryant (23 fpts) to his $100,000 payday. He’d also benefit from a huge 22 fpt day from the Steelers DST which he paired with Le’Veon.

FanDuel $600K Monster ($100K to 1st)

The Monster final standings was a who’s who of DFS as bigpapagates, ChipotleAddict, and saahilsud would all find themselves in the top 10. ChipotleAddict would have three of the top six lineups while Saahil would finish in 2nd. Mbomb44 would also have three lineups in the top 10 including the winning lineup which was comprised of Dak/Bryant/Bell/Johnson and near 20fpt performances from Steve Smith and Julian Edelman.
