- OU 8
- Favored TAM -173
Pitchers
- Home Alex Cobb gets a nice matchup at home versus a soft SDG team. Outside of that one start in COL, he has pitched very well on the season and is the huge favorite again today. SDG is batting .237 on the road, .247 vs. right-handers, and .239 over the last 7 days. Target
- Away I love seeing Edinson Volquez pitch on the road because I know which offensive team I am going to stack first. Avoid
Batters
- Home Gentleman start your TAM stacks. Jose Molina is 3-6 vs. Volquez with2 HRs.
- Away If you are playing the fade then Will Venable has been hot over the last 7 days and should be cheap.

Las Vegas
- OU 8
- Favored KAN -115
Pitchers
- Home Wade Davis ERA is deceiving because he has a 1.85 WHIP. Not that a 4.75 ERA is all that good to begin with but that high of a WHIP will spell disaster sooner rather than later for the righty. The one good thing I can say about Wade Davis is you do not have to worry about overlay with him because you will most likely be the only one taking him today. NYY is batting .248 on the road, .274 versus right-handers, and .203 over the last 7 days. Avoid
- Away Phil Hughes has gone 21 IP with 4 ER with a 24 Ks in his last 3 starts combined. He has held KAN to a .221 BAA. I am a little surprised that he is not the favorite in this one but I really like him to pitch well again today. KAN is batting .270 at home, .252 versus right-handers, and .247 ver the last 7 days. In Play
Batters
- Home Billy Butler and Alex Gordan have positive BvPs versus Hughes. Gordan has been hot producing 24.25 fp over the last 7 days.
- Away Outside of Lyle Overbay, everyone who will be starting has positive BvPs versus Davis. Robinson Cano is killing right-handed pitching.
LA Angels at Chicago White Sox
| LA Angels | Chicago White Sox | ||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| U.S. Cellular Field | 8:10 PM | ||||||
| Tommy Hanson – (2-1), 3.86 ERA, 5.46 K/9, 1.43 WHIP | Dylan Axelrod – (0-2), 3.6 ERA, 4.11 K/9, 1.23 WHIP | ||||||
| PvB | (9-38 H/AB) 0.237 BA-A, 21.05 K%, 0.737 OPS-A | PvB | (2-3 H/AB) 0.667 BA-A, 33.33 K%, 2.333 OPS-A | ||||
| ROAD | (1-0), 3.75 ERA, 3 HRA, 7.5 K/9, 1 WHIP | HOME | (0-0), 2.04 ERA, 2 HRA, 5.1 K/9, 0.849 WHIP | ||||

Las Vegas
- OU 8.5
- Favored CHW -120
Pitchers
- Home Dylan Axelrod does not get enough Ks to matter unless he can pitch spotless and pick up the win which I do not see happening today. LAA is hitting .242 on the road, .258 versus right-handers, and .232 over the last 7 days. Avoid
- Away Barry Enright gets the call today in what appears to be headed towards a bullpen game. He will not make it more than 4 IP and he is most likely not even listed as an option on your site. Avoid
Batters
- Home Outside of Alex Rios, the White Soxs are slumping. This looks like a juicy matchup for them to get things rolling so consider everyone in play.
- Away Josh Hamilton has hit 2 HRs in the last 7 days. He has a good batting average in CWS and is 2-3 versus Axelrod with 1 HR. Mike Trout and Mark Trumbo are the Angels’ hottest players. Axelrod is a decent ground ball pitcher so do not expect too many runs, though.
Baltimore at Minnesota
| Baltimore | Minnesota | ||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Target Field | 8:10 PM | ||||||
| Jason Hammel – (5-1), 4.1 ERA, 5.68 K/9, 1.37 WHIP | Mike Pelfrey – (3-3), 6.35 ERA, 4.48 K/9, 1.69 WHIP | ||||||
| PvB | (20-70 H/AB) 0.286 BA-A, 11.43 K%, 0.957 OPS-A | PvB | (17-60 H/AB) 0.283 BA-A, 11.67 K%, 0.8 OPS-A | ||||
| ROAD | (4-0), 2.74 ERA, 4 HRA, 5.1 K/9, 1.217 WHIP | HOME | (2-1), 5.4 ERA, 0 HRA, 3 K/9, 1.733 WHIP | ||||

BAL BvP | BAL vs R | MIN BvP | MIN vs R | ||||
| Note: Batter Splits Above Open in Pop Up Window | |||||||
Las Vegas
- OU 8.5
- Favored BAL -115
Pitchers
- Home Mike Pelfrey has everything you do not want in a pitcher. He has a high ERA, a high WHIP, low K totals, and is facing a very good offensive team. BAL is batting .260 on the road, .268 versus right-handers, and .229 over the last 7 days. Avoid
- Away Jason Hammel is 5-1 on the season but greener matchups exist than taking a pitcher with a 4.10 ERA on the road even if he is the slight favorite. MIN has a .286 BAA vs. him and has been hot of late. MIN is batting .256 at home, .238 versus right-handers and .261 over the last 7 days. Avoid
Batters
- Home Justin Morneau, Joe Mauer, Josh Willingham, and Jamey Carroll all have good BvPs versus Hammel. Oswaldo Arcia and Ryan Doumit are two left-handed bat that has been hot over the last 7 days and are cheap options.
- Away Manny Machado and J.J. Hardy have both been hot. Adam Jones is always a solid play and I like Nate McLouth and Nick Markakis against the righty as well.
Texas at Houston

| Alexi Ogando – (3-2), 3.08 ERA, 7.34 K/9, 1.26 WHIP | Dallas Keuchel – (0-1), 4.96 ERA, 0 K/9, 1.84 WHIP | ||||||
| PvB | (5-25 H/AB) 0.2 BA-A, 36 K%, 0.64 OPS-A | PvB | (4-14 H/AB) 0.286 BA-A, 0 K%, 0.571 OPS-A | ||||
| ROAD | (1-2), 3.71 ERA, 4 HRA, 8.4 K/9, 1.275 WHIP | HOME | (0-1), 7.2 ERA, 2 HRA, 7.2 K/9, 2.3 WHIP | ||||

TEX BvP | TEX vs L | HOU BvP | HOU vs R | ||||
| Note: Batter Splits Above Open in Pop Up Window | |||||||
Las Vegas
- OU 8.5
- Favored TEX -205
Pitchers
- Home Dallas Keuchel is another reliever making a spot start. He was a starter last year but this one could get real ugly fast. Avoid
- Away Alexi Ogando is facing the Astros so his K totals get a nice little bump added to them. His low ERA and WHIP make him a legitimate number one option today given that fact. Target
Batters
- Home Outside of Jose Altuve or Chris Carter, there is not a player I think worth even looking at.
- Away Ian Kinsler, Adrian Beltre and Nelson Cruz should find their way in to quite a few of your LUs today because the kill left-handed pitching but everyone is in play for TEX.
