Who is your favorite hitter to spend up for in large-field tournaments?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
stlcardinals84: I will be playing around 25 entries in the large-field contests. This is a weird slate that is very heavily weighted toward the bats, but I really like it. Parker Messick, Shane Baz, and Sean Burke are the three pitchers I plan to have the most exposure to, but I won’t be taking any wild stands at pitcher. I plan to do that with my offensive selections, where I will be intentionally underweight on the Red Sox in Coors Field in favor of the Orioles, Braves, and Brewers as three of my favorite stacks.
headChopper: I am playing small-field tournaments. I am building 1 lineup on each site. Pitcher shouldn’t be an issue tonight. No one is priced very high, and there are several guys who look very similar, so I have no problem looking at pOWN% later in the day and filling in those spots based on that. With 1 lineup, I am less likely to stack fully and would rather pick through my hitters and try to play the best players at each position. Typically, when I do that, there are several guys at some positions that I want to use, so my tiebreaker becomes, “does it make a stack?” If it does, then I play that guy so I can still get my stacks organically.
stevietpfl: With the pitching on this slate, I’m going to focus on 20-max contests. Outside of Parker Messick and Shane Baz, I think the next 3-5 pitchers are very similar. I want to spread out my pitching exposure. For hitting, I want to be underweight on the Dodgers and overweight on the Red Sox, Orioles, and Brewers. I do like having full stacks with power one-offs on DK, and will focus on 4/4 stacks on FD.
Dean78904: I mostly focus on single-entry and smaller-field contests. On a slate with a gross collection of SPs, I expect to take a big stand on Sean Burke, as he will be on the majority, if not all, of my lineups. On DK, I will likely pair him with one of Parker Messick, Shane Baz, or Robbie Ray. As for offense, I very much anticipate being lower than the field on the Red Sox and Rockies in Coors Field. Baltimore and Milwaukee are my favorite offenses. I expect both teams to be represented on my main lineup.
Who is your favorite pitcher (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
