Happy Sunday!

It’s the last day of the regular season, and every team is on the schedule. There are 7 early games and 8 late games, although they are all technically in the afternoon. FanDuel and DraftKings haven’t done us any favors, as FanDuel’s main slate is for the later games, and DraftKings’ main slate is for the earlier games.

For this article, I will cover the motivations and injuries for each team. For the rankings tables, I’ll do the 7-game slate on DraftKings and the 8-game slate on FanDuel.

News Updates

11:30 AM ET

Trae Young, Dyson Daniels, Onyeka Okongwu, Caris LeVert, and Georges Niang have been ruled out for the Hawks. Giannis Antetokounmpo, AJ Green, Kevin Porter, Taurean Prince, Ryan Rollins, and Gary Trent have been ruled out for the Bucks. Reece Beekman and Ziaire Williams are out for the Nets. Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, and Cory Joseph are out for the Magic.

Team Previews

Isaac of the Magic

Orlando Magic (at ATL)

The Magic are locked into the 7th seed in the East, so they will likely take the rest route for today’s game against the Hawks. Even if Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, Wendell Carter, and Cory Joseph are active, they won’t see their usual allotment of minutes. I would only look to the Magic for value if they rule everyone out.

Atlanta Hawks (vs. ORL)

The Hawks have clinched the 8th seed in the East and will square off against the Magic in the first round of the Play-In Tournament. They haven’t ruled their key players out yet, but they have nothing to play for. I have a hard time seeing Trae Young and Onyeka Okongwu getting their usual allotment of minutes. I would only look their way if they decide to sit a bunch of players.

Charlotte Hornets (at BOS)

The Hornets have been eliminated from playoff contention for a long time, so their motivation won’t change for today. However, they have a brutal matchup against the Celtics. They are still without LaMelo Ball, Miles Bridges, Josh Green, Tre Mann, Brandon Miller, Mark Williams, and Grant Williams.

Boston Celtics (vs. CHA)
