STLCards' Covering The Bases - Monday, September 13th

Happy Monday, Grinders! Cheese is traveling back from the DK baseball live final today, so I will be filling in and keeping you covered today.

I know football season is in full swing and today is all about recapping what happened in a wild Week 1, but we still have three weeks left in the MLB regular season. There’s still money to be made in MLB DFS! We have a relatively underwhelming seven game slate on tap this evening, but let’s see what we have in store!

Monday Slate Cliff Notes

Here’s a summary of what lies below, in case you do not wish to read the entire analysis today.

Top Pitchers – This slate lacks excitement all around. There are a whole lot of middling team totals with bad offenses facing bad pitchers and good offenses facing good pitchers. That makes this a very challenging slate to attack. Here is how I am ranking my DFS interest level in the pitching options:

1) Eduardo Rodriguez
2) Sandy Alcantara
3) Yu Darvish
4) Alek Manoah
