Entering play, James Harden has eclipsed this market number in eight of his last 11 games. During the month of January, Harden averaged 17.8 potential assists per game, trailing only Nikola Jokic among players who played at least eight contests. Tonight, Harden has a favorable matchup against an Orlando Magic defense that finished January ranked 17th in defensive efficiency and 27th in opponent assists per game. Take the over.

Chris Paul to record a double-double (-130), DraftKings

Since returning from injury, Chris Paul is averaging 10.4 actual assists and 18.6 potential assists per game – the latter of which ranks fourth-best in the NBA in that span. According to props.cash, Paul has recorded double-digit assists in four of his last five trips to the floor, with his lone miss being a game in which he had nine assists against the Toronto Raptors. Tonight, Paul has a favorable matchup against an Atlanta Hawks defense that ranks 28th in opponent assists per game since January 1. Paul should have little trouble scoring at least 10 points with Devin Booker and Cameron Payne ruled out once again. This is a worthwhile stab for bettors.

De’Aaron Fox o31.5 points + assists (-108), Caesars

Across his last five games, De’Aaron Fox is averaging 7.4 assists and 14.0 potential assists. Tonight, he gets a favorable matchup against a San Antonio Spurs defense that ranked 30th in defensive efficiency and 26th in opponent assists per game during the month of January. According to props.cash, Fox has scored at least 23 points in eight of his last 10 games, including five games with at least 21 shot attempts in that span. Facing one of the NBA’s worst defenses, this is a great spot for bettors to invest in a strong performance Fox.
