NBA Player Props, April 6, 2023
- Joel Embiid o31.5 points
- Markelle Fultz o3.5 rebounds
- Franz Wagner more than 25.5 points + rebounds + assists
Joel Embiid o31.5 points (-106), FanDuel
Entering play on Thursday, Joel Embiid is listed as -900 to win his first NBA Most Valuable Player Award. Having three games left in the regular season, Embiid likely needs one more strong performance to put the finishing touches on his award-winning campaign, leaving little doubt in the minds of voters. Following a 52-point performance on Tuesday against the Boston Celtics, Embiid gets a favorable matchup tonight against the Miami Heat, which have struggled to defend opposing big men of late – allowing a combined 34 points to James Wiseman and Jalen Duren in their most recent trip to the hardwood. Embiid leads the NBA in scoring this year at 33.3 points per game – trust him to hit the over in this spot.
Markelle Fultz o3.5 rebounds (-136), FanDuel
According to props.cash, Markelle Fultz has eclipsed this market number in 33 of 58 games played this season, including 18 of his last 27 contests. The Cleveland Cavaliers have already ruled out Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland, Caris LeVert, Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, Isaac Okoro, and Dylan Windler for tonight’s action. Facing a short-handed Cleveland team, there should be plenty of rebounds to go around, which should lead to an over for Fultz on the glass this evening.
NBA DFS Pick’em
