Daily Fantasy Football Week 17 Motivation, Rest, and Milestone Tracker
Every season in daily fantasy football, Week 17 presents us with a unique set of considerations that don’t typically exist earlier in the season. Playoff scenarios, team motivations, and “milestone” narratives dominate the conversation leading up to kickoff. I’ve compiled some early week information related to these topics, and we’ll update them throughout the week as more information comes into focus.
Rushing Milestones

— Nick Chubb is on pace to lead the league in rushing yards. CMC is within striking distance if he sputters.
— Christian McCaffrey needs 67 receiving yards for 1,000 on the year.
— Christian McCaffrey needs 216 scrimmage yards to break Chris Johnson’s all time record.
— Joe Mixon needs 25 yards to eclipse 1,000 on the season.
— Saquon Barkley needs 89 yards rushing for 1,000 on the season.
— Aaron Jones needs 16 yards rushing for 1,000 on the season.
— Phillip Lindsay needs 42 yards rushing for 1,000 on the season.
— Austin Ekeler needs 50 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
Receiving Milestones
— Every Michael Thomas catch extends his all time single season record, set last week.
— Davante Adams needs 96 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— Tyler Boyd needs 13 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— Terry McLaurin Needs 81 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— DJ Chark needs 26 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— George Kittle needs 33 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— Mike Williams needs 37 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— Odell Beckham needs 46 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— A.J. Brown needs 73 receiving yards for 1,000 on the season.
— Tyler Lockett is reportedly set to earn $200,000 by catching a TD, and another $100,000 for reaching 85 receptions. He has 76 now.
Lions’ WR Danny Amendola, who has 663 receiving yards this season, needs 137 more today vs. Green Bay to reach 800 for the year and collect a $250,000 incentive.

Passing Milestones
— Jameis Winston needs 92 yards for 5,000, and is on pace to lead the league.
— Dak Prescott needs 401 passing yards for 5,000. He has an outside shot to lead the league if disaster befalls Winston.
— Aaron Rodgers reportedly has a $100,000 contract bonus for being top 3 in the league in INT%. He’s leading INT now at .6%.
— Ryan Tannehill is reportedly set to earn $1 million if his rating stays above 96. He leads the league at 116.5.
— Ryan Tannehill is reportedly set to earn $250,000 by reaching 2750 passing yards, and another $250,000 for reaching 3,000. He has 2544 yards now.
— Ryan Tannehill is reportedly set to earn $250,000 by throwing 23 passing TDs, and another $250,000 for reaching 25. He has 20 now.
