Primetime Parlay: Eagles vs. Cowboys Same Game Parlay Picks
Last year, ScoresAndOdds’ ParlayIQ tool helped create a variety of fun Same Game Parlay tickets throughout the NFL season. Through thousands of simulations, the tool examines the potential value various betting lines offer on sports betting apps. Along with the simulations, we will examine stats, roster news, trends, player props, and betting odds across sports betting sites to find the best price for our Same Game Parlay ticket. For this article, we build a Same Game Parlay for the Philadelphia Eagles versus the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.
Without dispute, the Eagles visiting Dallas to continue a division rivalry with the Cowboys is the highlight of the week. The playoff ramifications are enormous on Sunday Night, as the Eagles look to hang on to the top spot in the NFC East. Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb have the Dallas offense playing up to par with the defense. Will Dak and company be able to continue their onslaught on a weakened pass defense? Will Jalen Hurts find another victory against a tough opponent? Let’s break down betting odds, injuries, and relevant statistics before building a same-game parlay ticket on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Eagles vs. Cowboys Same Game Parlay
FanDuel Sportsbook posts the Cowboys as a 3.5-point home favorite as of this writing. The implied game total has increased from 49.5 to 51.5 points throughout the week. All of the makings of a shootout seem to be in place. However, are the Eagles fit to keep pace with the high-flying Dallas offense?
Per ScoresAndOdds, betting tickets agree that Dallas can handle business at home. 57% of betting tickets were punched for the Dallas side of the spread while 57% of the actual dollars bet on this spread fall in line with Philadelphia. Plenty of bets ride with Dallas, but perhaps some of the larger bettors need to see Dallas win a big game.
As for the over/under, we shouldn’t be surprised that a higher percentage of tickets bet the over while the actual money bet is a complete coin flip between the over and under. At 51.5 points, this point total is easily the most robust of the week with plenty of avenues to go over. Perhaps we can sink our teeth into some player props instead of flipping this coin.
For injuries, the Dallas head coach is recovering from an emergency appendectomy on Wednesday. Reports suggest Mike McCarthy will be at the game on Sunday and coach for the Cowboys. Coordinators continue to take control of game preparation as the coach attends meetings from home and recovers from the procedure.
For the Eagles, Dallas Goedert, ironically, will return to the Eagles’ offense. Goedert adds another dimension for Jalen Hurts, with one of his more reliable targets in the short field present for the explosive quarterback. The Eagles signed Shaq Leonard to help with a defense that got torched for 456 yards by San Francisco at home.
Let’s take a peek at the offensive numbers from both teams through Week 13.
Dallas Offense
1st — 32.3 PPG
7th — 5.7 YPP
4th — 7.8 Passing YPA
20th — 4.1 Rushing YPA
Philly Offense
4th — 27.4 PPG
13th — 5.4 YPP
9th — 7.4 Passing YPA
19th — 4.1 Rushing YPA
The Dallas passing offense has been incredible of late with Dak Prescott inserting himself as an NFL MVP contender. Both Jalen Hurts and Dak Prescott are just behind Brock Purdy on DraftKings Sportsbook at +350. Without question, the winner of this game is likely to jump to the top spot in betting markets.
The bad news for Philadelphia is they might be the least-equipped defense to slow down Dak and company. Through Week 13, the Eagles allowed the most catches and touchdowns to the wide receiver position and the second-most receiving yards. Opposing wide receiver groups are scoring 50.0 DraftKings points per week against this defense. CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott are licking their chops.
Dallas is fourth in sack rate and sixth in yards per pass attempt to opponents. The only leak on defense is potentially through the run game, as Dallas is 11th in yards per rush attempt to opposing offenses. The Eagles will surely need to utilize D’Andre Swift, Kenneth Gainwell, and Jalen Hurts to grind the Cowboys down. In their victory against the Cowboys at home earlier in the season, Philadelphia survived 374 passing yards from Dak Prescott by running the ball and keeping Dallas out of the end zone. At home, Dallas is a lot tougher to keep out of the end zone.
Divisional games tend to be tight, as both teams are very familiar with each other. With that said, the Cowboys come into this game in a prime position to take advantage of the league’s 24th-ranked scoring defense. Let’s what see ParlayIQ thinks about tonight’s game.
Same Game Parlay Picks for Sunday Night Football
- Lamb Over 92.5 Receiving Yards
- Prescott Over 295.5 Passing Yards
- Gainwell Over 9.5 Receiving Yards
CeeDee Lamb Over 92.5 Receiving Yards
ParlayIQ doesn’t think we should waste any time. Neither do I, as CeeDee Lamb might be in the best position to have a blowup fantasy week than he has been in some time. The Eagles’ secondary is ripe with opportunities for Lamb to do his thing.
In Week 9, Lamb caught 11 passes for 191 yards. The Cowboys continue to find ways to get the ball in Lamb’s hands, whether it be on screens, short passes, or even the occasional rush. I won’t be shocked if Lamb adds a touchdown to his stat line in tonight’s game.
We open with a prop that ParlayIQ found in 63% of our simulations.
Dak Prescott Over 295.5 Passing Yards
Well, if CeeDee Lamb is going to have a great day, Dak Prescott should surely do the same. Prescott tore up the Eagles’ defense in Week 9, passing for 374 yards and three touchdowns.
Prescott has gone over this number in five of his last six games dating back to the last game against the Eagles. The only miss was a game against the Panthers where the Cowboys leaned on Tony Pollard against the worst-rushing defense in the league. Even with a lead, the Cowboys will move the ball through the air.
This feels very easy. Let’s find something interesting on the Philadelphia side to correlate with our two robust over props.
Kenneth Gainwell Over 9.5 Receiving Yards
So, we attack the props of two of the game’s biggest superstars to be left with our third leg — Kenneth Gainwell collecting ten or more receiving yards.
Last week in a beatdown, Gainwell converted six targets for five catches and 42 receiving yards. While that is undoubtedly an outlier performance, I think Gainwell could be in a similar position this week for the game script. I think Dallas finally gets their first big win and does so in big fashion.
We include Gainwell for the late garbage time catches out of the backfield and hope he can take a couple for double-digit yards.
Eagles vs. Cowboys Parlay Odds
- CeeDee Lamb Over 92.5 Receiving Yards
- Dak Prescott Over 295.5 Passing Yards
- Kenneth Gainwell Over 9.5 Receiving Yards
