What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – CLE -113
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Ubaldo Jimenez has become my favorite upside play. His home ERA of 5.16 is much worse than his road ERA of 3.38 but his .247 BAA is better and he has allowed only 4 HRs in CLE. I think he is the perfect buy low option because his numbers are worse than they should be. He has GPP winning upside. We just have not seen it much this year. LAA is batting .252 on the road, .274 versus right-handers, and .267 over the last 7 days, RG Start-Ability 6
- Away C.J. Wilson has been a great pitcher on the year but he has two things working against him today. First, he is an average pitcher on the road with a 4.73 ERA. Second, he is allowing right-handers to hit at a much higher BAA versus him than lefties and CLE is a right-handed team that hits left-handers very well. CLE is batting .253 at home, .270 versus left-handers, and .210 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 6
Batter Grind Down
- Home Nick Swisher is 9-24 with 1 HR versus Wilson. Michael Bourn is 6-10 versus him also and has the teams highest BAA versus left-handed pitching. He is also CLE’s hottest player. RG Stack Rating 4
- Away Mike Trout is the second hottest player in baseball with 43 fp over the last 7 days. Jimenez has been a reverse split pitcher so you can consider everyone from LAA worth a look. RG Stack Rating 5

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7.5
- Favored Team – Pick’em
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Taylor Jordan has been okay in his MLB tenure, but a 90 pitch count is about all that you can expect from him. His 3.79 season ERA is good but his .283 BAA is not so I do not think he can continue his current success. PHI is batting .255 on the road, .257 versus right-handers, and .234 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
- Away Cliff Lee is in a great spot to produce today. He is awesome on the road with a 2.45 ERA and .204 BAA. Plus, he catches a WAS team that hit left-handers very poorly. WAS is batting .261 at home, .220 versus left-handers, and .250 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 9
Batter Grind Down
- Home Danny Espinosa is 7-19 with 3 HRs versus Lee! Jayson Werth is hot with 23 fp over the last 7 days and is batting .324 versus left-handers if your are playing the fade. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away Jordan is allowing left-handers to bat .296 against him so cue Asche, Utley, and Brown. Darin Ruf has been hot and hits right-handers well. RG Stack Rating 5

MIA vs L ![]() | MIA BvP ![]() | ATL vs R ![]() | ATL BvP ![]() |
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7.5
- Favored Team – ATL -240
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home This will be Alex Wood ‘s 4th start and it is the perfect place to jump on board with the prospect. He has thrown over 90 pitches in his first 3 outings and has been a near K per inning player. Now, he catches the worst offense in baseball and is a sick -240 favorite. MIA is batting .230 on the road, .229 versus left-handers, and .244 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 8
- Away When facing ATL, the one thing you have to hope for is an increase in Ks. Nathan Eovaldi is not a high K pitcher so I think you can put those dreams to rest. ATL has been hot. ATL is batting .268 at home, .257 versus right-handers, and .250 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 4
Batter Grind Down
- Home Justin Upton is the hottest player in baseball with 46 fp over the last 7 days. Jason Heyward and Dan Uggla have positive BvPs versus Eovaldi RG Stack Rating 5
- Away Ozuna, Lucas, and Polanco are all batting over .300 versus left-handers. Yelich has been hot for MIA. RG Stack Rating 2

SDP vs L ![]() | SDP BvP ![]() | CIN vs R ![]() | CIN BvP ![]() |
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – CIN -200
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Tony Cingrani ERA is 3.05, which is low but it is higher than it should be. His BAA is a .197 and his WHIP is a 1.11. He sports a K/9 of 10.57 on the season. His splits are the same on the road as at home. Those numbers are elite. Today, he gets a struggling SDG team and is a huge favorite. SDG is batting .253 on the road, .256 versus left-handers, and .253 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 10
- Away Tyson Ross first few starts on the season have been good but I think he is in for a reality check today versus a CIN team that is tough at home and feeds off of right-handed pitching. CIN is batting .255 at home, .251 versus right-handers, and .245 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
Batter Grind Down
- Home Scoop of chocolate. Scoop of Vanilla. Don’t waste my time. Votto, Bruce and Choo. RG Stack Rating 5
- Away Will Venable is the only player from SDG that I would take right now. Chase Headley might be a nice against the grain GPP play based off of his history. RG Stack Rating 2

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – BOS -125
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Jeremy Guthrie is in a bad spot today. He is facing the league’s highest scoring offense that is loaded with deadly left-handed bats and he is allowing left-handers to bat .300 versus him Plus, BOS owns a .359 BAA versus him as a team. BOS is batting .264 on the road, .286 versus right-handers, and .279 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
- Away Felix Doubront has big game upside but he pitches way too deep into counts and KAN is a very patient team. He will not last more than 6 IP today. KAN is batting .257 at home, .257 versus left-handers, and .292 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 5
Batter Grind Down
- Home Eric Hosmer and Alex Gordon are the only two KAN players batting over .300 versus left-handers. Hosmer, Gordon, Justin Maxwell and Billy Butler have been hot for KAN. RG Stack Rating 3
- Away Pick your poison with BOS today. Everyone has great numbers. Napoli, Ortiz and Ellsbury and Pedroia have sick BvPs. RG Stack Rating 8
