MLB DFS Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday, September 1
How do you plan to beat the field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
stlcardinals84: This slate is pretty much the opposite of yesterday. Today, there is a lot of value to be found with the bats, so I am going to spend top dollar at pitcher, with Dylan Cease and Sean Manaea being my top targets by a wide margin. I will prioritize them in cash games, single entry, and large field tournaments. They can even both be used together in DK lineups. I like the Twins and Cubs as value stacks to help make that work.
Krayton: I will be looking to get overweight on Dylan Cease and Sean Manaea, as they both have such elite matchups, and there’s a decent amount of value to pay up for pitching today. The Yankees are my top stack by a wide margin. Mixing in bats from CHC, PIT, MIN, and STL is a great way to afford Dylan Cease and a top stack such as the Yankees or the Orioles (on FD).

tcsmith031: This seems to happen far too often, but it looks like I’ll be quite underweight on the Yankees today. It’s scary, but it’s also baseball, and anything can happen in a 1-game sample. Instead, I’ll be more focused on stacks like the Mets, Twins, and Cubs, while I don’t mind the Cardinals as a cheap hedge against Nestor Cortes.
TJ Zwarych: There aren’t many pitchers I have any confidence in today, so I plan to be heavily overweight on Sean Manaea in an amazing matchup against the White Sox, and I will be differentiating my stacks. I’ll try to play as much Aaron Judge and Juan Soto as possible while fading the rest of the Yankees stacks.
