Who is your favorite hitter to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

stevietpfl: With the lack of pitching options, I’m going to focus on single-entry and small-field contests. I like the Dodgers, Rays, and Mets, and I will build around these three offenses. The Mets are my least favorite of the three, which will likely lead to me being underweight on them compared to the field. On FanDuel, Logan Gilbert will be the pitcher I build around in a majority of my lineups. On DraftKings, I will mix up my pitching between Hunter Brown, David Peterson, Joe Ryan, and Shohei Ohtani.

stlcardinals84: I am going to play about 10 entries in the large-field GPP contests, and I will focus on a pair of stacks as my favorites: the Dodgers against Kyle Hendricks and the Rays (particularly the lefties) in Sacramento against the A’s. I am also going to be significantly overweight on Cam Schlittler as my favorite GPP pitching option.

TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 150 lineups in large-field GPPs, and I plan to take some shots on cheap options at pitcher, like J.T. Ginn and Cam Schlittler, so I can load up on the expensive bats. The Mets’ high-end options are my top priority on the slate.
